The only shop where you can get to with a broken screw, the saleswoman takes a look and immediately has the right spare part. Extremely competent advice here every time.

A really great shop, well sorted, you can always find what you need. Ms. Sonja in particular is always on hand to offer advice and assistance, advises her customers with a lot of patience and competence, and always remains friendly! I always love to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor Ort Teller gekauft und einige bestellt, nach ungefähr 3 Wochen fragte ich nach wo die Bestellung bleibt. Ich wurde vertröstet. Nach weiteren 2 Wochen fragte ich erneut nach. Da würde nur gesagt dass sie nachfragen und sich bei mir melden. Es hat sich niemand gemeldet. Nach weiteren 2 Wochen fragte ich erneut. Wieder die gleiche Antwort aber diesmal meldete sich tatsächlich jemand und sagte mir dass es noch weitere 3 Wochen dauern wird bis sie da sind. Mir ist es bewusst das Bestellungen dauern können aber nicht in diesen Zeitraum von Monaten.
I bought plates on site and ordered a few, after about 3 weeks I asked where the order was going. I was put off. After another 2 weeks I asked again. All that would be said was that they should ask and contact me. Nobody answered. After another 2 weeks I asked again. Again the same answer but this time someone actually answered and told me that it will take another 3 weeks until they are there. I am aware that orders can take but not within this period of months.
