M	Manuel Schlauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war mit meiner Freundin am 13.1.2021 ca. um 18:50 bei der Apotheke um ein Medikament zu holen, dass sie dringend benötigte wegen gewisser Beschwerden. Da es schon später war haben wir die Notdienstglocke betätigen müssen. Ich hab die alte Schachtel mitgenommen, die schon abgelaufen war um ihr zu zeigen was wir benötigen, daraufhin hat sie sehr unfreundlich geantwortet „ob das jetzt so wichtig sei“. Da fragt man sich, ob die Mitarbeiterin schon in Menschen reinschauen kann und beurteilen kann ob und wann man was benötigt!!!! Sonst würde man nicht kommen oder? Wir waren davor schon mal in dieser Apotheke und eine andere Mitarbeiterin war durchaus bemüht uns ein Medikament schnellstmöglich zu besorgen, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht lagernd war, also kann man nicht die gesamten Mitarbeiter schlecht machen in dieser Apotheke. Trotz allem vergebe ich aufgrund dieses Vorfalls nur einen Stern. I went to the pharmacy with my girlfriend on January 13th, 2021 at around 6:50 pm to get a medicine that she urgently needed because of certain complaints. Since it was already later, we had to ring the emergency bell. I took the old box with me, which had already expired, to show her what we needed, then she replied very unfriendly “whether that is so important now”. You ask yourself whether the employee can already look inside people and assess whether and when you need something !! Otherwise you wouldn't come, would you? We had already been to this pharmacy before and another employee tried to get us a drug as quickly as possible that was not in stock at the time, so you can't make all the employees in this pharmacy bad. Despite everything, I only award one star due to this incident.
