Uns ist Nachhaltigkeit sehr wichtig, daher waren der nachhaltige Zugang und die verwendeten recycelten Materialien ausschlaggebend für unsere Entscheidung. Rosa Marlene hat uns toll beraten und uns geholfen, Steine zu finden die perfekt zu uns und unseren Hobbies passen. Mein Ring hat nun sogar einen wunderschönen Stein aus Österreich! Wer mehr Wert auf eine persönliche Betreuung und besondere Stücke als auf eine riesige Auswahl legt, ist hier richtig.

She is so creative and inspiring, with her you really create the most beautiful design for your rings. Really super nice workmanship - great work from a master hand! F	Familie Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rosa Marlene war unsere erste Erfahrung mit einer Goldschmiedin. Initial wirkte sie sehr nett und kompetent. Wir haben auf eine entsprechende Beratung gehofft, da wir uns noch nie mit Verlobungsring oder Eheringen beschäftigt haben bzw. überhaupt Kontakt mit einem Goldschmied hatten. Leider war ihre Mitarbeitern mit unseren Fragen meist überfordert und Rosa Marlene war eher weniger unterstützend. Sie sagte, wir sollen sie beauftragen und dann berät sie uns gerne weiter, zeichnet uns unterschiedliche Vorschläge usw. Zum Glück hatten wir uns dann dazu entschieden, uns auch andere Goldschmiedinnen und Goldschmiede anzusehen (4 weitere). Hier wurde uns gezeigt (bei jedem!), was Service und Beratung eigentlich bedeutet. Es wurde ohne zu wissen, ob sie von uns überhaupt beauftragt werden, unterschiedlichste Steine herangeschafft, Entwürfe gezeichnet und sogar erste Modelle aus Wachs geschaffen, damit wir uns gut informiert entscheiden können. Kompetenz und Wissen dürfte auf jeden Fall da sein, das andere vermisst man leider hier. Rosa Marlene was our first experience with a goldsmith. At first she seemed very nice and competent. We were hoping for appropriate advice because we had never dealt with engagement rings or wedding rings or had any contact with a goldsmith at all. Unfortunately, her employees were usually overwhelmed with our questions and Rosa Marlene was less supportive. She said we should commission her and then she is happy to advise us further, drawing us different suggestions etc. Luckily we then decided to look at other goldsmiths (4 more). Here we were shown (with everyone!) what service and advice actually means. Without knowing whether they would even be commissioned by us, a wide variety of stones were brought in, drafts were drawn and even the first wax models were created so that we could make well-informed decisions. Competence and knowledge should definitely be there, the other is unfortunately missing here.

She understands how important the jewellery decisions are, especially for wedding rings. She also helped to recommend a specialist to work on my vintage ring. I really wanted to choose a small local shop for our wedding rings, and it was a bonus that they work with recycled materials.

Always helping out if I need to get something fixed or changed and the first place I go to if I treat myself (or my loved ones) to new jewellery. And the best thing: Rosa Marlene is using 100% recycled silver and gold from Austria and fairness and environmental awareness is a big thing for her! All thumbs up!
