 I was offered an apartment, but wanted information about another person over the phone - just hung up. Last class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Versuche seit über einem Monat Informationen zu einer Wohnung zu erhalten. Habe es über Online-Anfragen, sowie mehrmals telefonisch versucht. Wurde immer mit den Worten "Sie bekommen die E-Mail mit näheren Details am Nachmittag". Habe bis heute nichts erhalten. Das ist für ein Maklerbüro absolut inakzeptabel.
Try to get information about an apartment for over a month. Did it over on-line inquiries, as well as several times by telephone attempts. Was always with the words "you will receive the email with more details in the afternoon". Have received nothing until today. This is absolutely unacceptable for a brokerage office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem ich einen Coupon für eine gratis Immobilien-Bewertung bekommen habe, habe ich Mariosreal kontaktiert und wurde freundlichst von Herrn Jamnik empfangen. Herr Jamnik wirkte von Anfang an sehr kompetent und das persönliche Service gefiel mir sehr gut (nachdem Mariosreal anscheinend eine eher kleine Firma ist, wird man noch in alter Manier, wo der Kunde König ist, bedient). Das Geschäftslokal in der Neustiftsgasse 31 ist auch sehr nett und ich bekam einen Kaffee zum Beratungsgespräch. Alles in allem hatte ich eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Beim nächsten Immobilien-Anliegen, weiß ich schon wohin ich mich wenden muss!
After receiving a coupon for a free property valuation, I contacted Mariosreal and was kindly received by Mr. Jamnik. Mr. Jamnik seemed very competent from the beginning and I liked the personal service very much (since Mariosreal is apparently a rather small company, you are still served in the old manner, where the customer is king). The shop in Neustiftsgasse 31 is also very nice and I got a coffee for a consultation. All in all, I had a very positive experience. For the next real estate issue, I already know where to turn!
