D	DeepSea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr nette Rezeptionistinnen, kurze Wartezeiten. Leider ist die Ausfahrt/Einfahrt schwer erreichbar bzw. wenn Autos einfahren, ist es sehr schwierig reinzukommen. Parkplatz erwischt man auch nur mit Glück. Sonst super. Very nice receptionists, short waiting times. Unfortunately, the exit / entrance is difficult to reach or when cars drive in, it is very difficult to get in. You can only get a parking space with luck. Otherwise great.

Dr. Arnberger erklärt immer alles sehr verständlich und die Geräte sind am neuesten Stand, wo gibt es sonst eine Tomosynthese ! I can only say positive things! Very friendly staff, I feel that I have had good medical care for decades. Dr. Arnberger always explains everything very understandably and the devices are up to date, where else can you find tomosynthesis!

Pointless appointments ... should come at 11.00, wait for hours ... I've been waiting for an hour and a half ... no sign that something is moving ..... the doctor is good, but unfortunately organizationally .. ..nul ....

Zudem hab ich direkt und unkompliziert einen Termin bekommen und mir wurde telefonisch jede Frage, die ich hatte, freundlich beantwortet! I felt very comfortable in practice because the staff were very friendly and courteous. In addition, I got an appointment straight away and I was kindly answered every question I had over the phone!

An der Infotheke ist die Dame ein sehr arroganter Verhaltensindikator.????? We'll make an appointment by phone. Then when we got there at the appointed time they acted like they were stupid what we were looking for, we weren't on a date. At the information counter, the lady is a very arrogant behavior indicator
V	Verena M. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wartete bereits 1 Stunde 15 Minuten als ich fragte, wann ich dran käme. Da sagte sie mir, dass es noch ca 30 Minuten dauern würde. Bin dann gegangen, weil ich auch noch was anderes zu tun habe. I was already waiting 1 hour 15 minutes when I asked when it would be my turn. She told me it would take about 30 minutes. Then I left because I also have other things to do.

H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Termin vereinbart, nach mehr als einer halben Stunde im Wartezimmer und zig vorüberziehenden anderen Patienten die nach mir ankamen, fragte ich nach was das soll und wie lange noch, da bekam ich die Antwort es würde noch 20 Min. dauern und das fand ich dann so unerhört, dass ich augenblicklich diesen Termin stornierte und verärgert die Ordination verließ - dafür brauche ich keinen Termin!!! Zum Glück gibt es andere Institutionen bei denen man als Patient noch wertgeschätzt wird und die Termine einhalten können...
