★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider keine gute Erfahrung - wir hätten uns für eine Immobilie interessiert und haben trotz Emails und Anrufen nie wirklich Antworten auf unsere Fragen erhalten. Insgesamt ein unmotivierter und wenig professioneller Eindruck.
Unfortunately not a good experience - we would have been interested in a property and despite emails and phone calls we never really got any answers to our questions. Overall, an unmotivated and unprofessional impression.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service. They arrange an appointment for me to visit a flat, I was there earlier than the scheduled time, I waited for 20 minutes and tried to reach the agent by phone. I made approximately 7 calls but no one ever answered. She called me 40 minutes later (when I already left), telling me that I wasn't there and that the flat is not available any longer. It all sounded as a big lie, I found it very rude and unprofessional that when an agent has an appointment does not check her phone.
Thank you again for let me wait outside for 20 minutes while it was snowing.
