N	Niki Mostofi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich hatte eine Überweisung zum Röntgen, nachdem ich zufällig in der Nähe war habe persönlich um einen Termin angefragt. Ich hatte das Glück dableiben zu dürfen. Bin dann sogar recht bald dran zu kommen und nach insg. 40 min konnte ich mit meinen Bildern und dem Befund unter dem Arm wieder raus spaziert. Es gibt sicher modernere Ordinationen, aber mir war geholfen und ich hatte den Eindruck sehr kompetent behandelt worden zu sein. Von mir gibt es dafür 5 Sterne. I had a referral to X-ray, after I happened to be around I personally asked for an appointment. I was lucky enough to stay. I am then quite soon turn to come and after all 40 min I was able to walk out with my pictures and the findings under the arm. There are certainly more modern ordinations, but I was helped and I had the impression of being treated very competently. I have 5 stars for this.

Keine Zeit für Fragen... man wird schnell abgefertigt. Außerdem ist es unmöglich als Fachpersonal "desinfiszieren" zu sagen ? you get an appointment quickly, the waiting time is short and you usually get the results straight away. However, there is no time for the patient here. No time for questions ... you get processed quickly. In addition, it is impossible to say "disinfect" as a professional ?

Abhängig von der Art der Untersuchung ist jedoch dann die Einhaltung der Termine (Röntgen ist meist pünktlich, Ultraschall braucht man mehr Geduld). Das Personal und auch die Ärzte waren bislang jedoch immer freundlich und bemüht. Auch die Befundung geht relativ schnell (innerhalb 1 Stunde kann man meist das Resultat abholen; oft geht es aber auch Schneller) Das Ambiente wie Wartezimmer etc. ist halt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Geräte selbst sind aber soweit ich das beurteilen kann up to date. Dates are available at short notice. Depending on the type of examination, however, it is then the adherence to the deadlines (x-rays are usually punctual, ultrasound requires more patience). The staff and the doctors were always friendly and tried. Also, the findings are relatively fast (within 1 hour you can usually pick up the result, but often it is faster) The atmosphere as waiting room etc. is just a bit getting old. The devices themselves are but as far as I can tell is up to date.

Kenne diese Praxis schon sehr lange doch heute konnte ich sagen "Wunder gibt es immer wieder" auch wenn es schlechte sind. At the reception there is someone who has not yet heard of politeness. Corona is used as an excuse for going wrong. I've known this practice for a long time, but today I could say "miracles are always there" even if they are bad.
M	Mag. HimBaer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss wohl in einer anderen Ordination gewesen sein, als meine Vorredner... Unfreundlich von der Ordinationshilfe, bis zum Arzt. Pluspunkt: man bekommt relativ schnell einen Termin. Und es ist nicht sehr teuer (wenn es die Kasse nicht zahlt). Dafür 2 Sterne. EDIT weil ich mich damals nicht getraut habe: Arzt war ungehalten, ungeduldig und hat mir "Diagnosen" hingeworfen, gleichzeitig die Diagnose meines Hausarztes hinterfragt - aber nicht kritisch oder höflich sondern tatsächlich mit den Worten "so ein Blödsinn". Auf mein Nachfragen, was er nun genau meint, hat er seine Diagnose sehr ungeduldig und ungehalten wiederholt mit den Worten "das ist aber schon logisch, oder" als ob ich schuld wäre, nicht zuvor Dr Google befragt zu haben oder warum ich kein Medizinstudium habe und "nur eine dumme kleine Patientin" bin. Genauso ist es bei mir angekommen. Eigentlich sind dafür 2 Sterne noch zu viel. I must have been in a different ordination than the previous speaker ... Unfriendly from the ordination assistant to the doctor. Plus point: you get an appointment relatively quickly. And it's not very expensive (if the cash register doesn't pay for it). Therefor 2 stars. EDIT because at the time I didn't dare: the doctor was angry, impatient and threw me "diagnoses", at the same time questioning the diagnosis of my family doctor - but not critically or politely but actually with the words "such nonsense". When I asked what he meant exactly, he repeated his diagnosis very impatiently and indignantly with the words "that is logical, or" as if it was my fault not to have asked Dr Google beforehand or why I did not have a medical degree and "just a stupid little patient". That’s exactly how it came down to me. Actually, 2 stars are still too many for that.
W	Wolfgang Jungwirth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe heute 4.1.2021 spontan einen Termin für Lungenröntgen bekommen, kam sofort dran, die Röntgenuntersuchung hat gerade mal 10 Minuten gedauert bis zum Erhalt des Befundes. Das Ordinationsteam und die Röntgenassistenten sind sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ich kann es deshalb bestens weiterempfehlen. I spontaneously got an appointment for a lung X-ray today, January 4th, 2021, I got it right away, the X-ray examination took just 10 minutes to get the results. The ordination team and the X-ray assistants are very competent and friendly. I can therefore highly recommend it.

Die Dame am Telefon war unglaublich freundlich freundlich und auch in der Praxis waren alle einfach nur sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Sind gleich ohne Wartezeiten dran gekommen, sogar mit VIP-Begleitservice. ;-) Jederzeit sofort wieder und nur hier her. Absolute Herzensempfehlung. Needed an ultrasound for my 11 month old son. Got an appointment the next day. The lady on the phone was incredibly friendly and friendly and everyone in the practice was just very nice and courteous. Got it right away without waiting, even with a VIP escort service. ;-) Anytime again and only here. Absolute heart recommendation.
