★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor allem beim Thema Blondieren und Tönen bin ich als Laie auf das Wissen der Mitarbeiterinnen angewiesen, die Mitarbeiterin bei meinem letzten Besuch in der Filiale ging aber speziell auf meine Wünsche ein und beriet passend zu der Ausgangssituation meiner Haare, wie beim Friseur! (vor zwei Tagen dort gewesen und von einer langhaarigen blonden Dame beraten worden)
 Especially when it comes to bleaching and tinting, as a layman I am dependent on the knowledge of the staff, but the employee during my last visit to the store specifically addressed my wishes and advised on the initial situation of my hair, as with the hairdresser! (been there two days ago and advised by a long-haired blond lady)

Stern bekommt das Personal (blondes junges Fräulein)!- Am Samstag, dem 09.02.2018 besorgte mir meine Schwester eine Blondiercreme. Sollte anstelle eines Pulvers sein. Dass bei gekauften Produkt (Eur 18,-) zusätzlich eine weitere Blondiercreme gekauft werden muss, wurde ihr nicht gesagt!- Nun habe ich blaue Haare, muss die ganze Megenprozedur beim ausbessern sicher kaputt machen, ein verpatztes Wochenende und muss noch etwas kaufen!!!

Stern gets the staff (blond young lady)! - On Saturday, February 9th, 2018 my sister got me a bleaching cream. Should be instead of a powder. She was not told that an additional bleaching cream had to be bought when the product was bought (Eur 18, -)! - Now I have blue hair, I have to break the whole procedure of mending when I mend it, a messed up weekend and I have to buy something !! !
