★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zum WIEDERHOLTEN Mal haben es diese Mitarbeiter nicht geschafft, meine Handynummer auf dem Reinigungsformular richtig einzuspeichern, sodass ich keine Benachrichtigungs-SMS bekommen habe, dass meine gereinigte Kleidung abholbereit ist. Obwohl ich alles richtig angegeben habe.
Einfach nur INKOMPETENT! Absolutes NO-GO!!!
 For the REPEAT time, these employees did not manage to correctly save my cell phone number on the cleaning form, so I did not receive a notification SMS that my cleaned clothes are ready for collection. Although I stated everything correctly.
Simply INCOMPETENT! Absolute NO-GO !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War nur paar mal dort, höchstens 5 Mal. Der Bipa ist etwas klein. Man findet bei weitem nicht Alles was man braucht. Man hat dort das Gefühl das man abgezogen wird. Und tatsächlich wurde bei mir falsch, mehr kassiert als es hätte sein sollen. Ich hab’s dann gelassen, würde auch nicht mehr hingehen. Vorsicht geboten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall genau nachzählen und die Rechnung genau im Auge behalten. Sobald die Mitarbeiter merken das man kein Beachtung auf die Rechnung wirft, schlagen sie zu.
Only been there a couple of times, 5 times at most. The bipa is a bit small. You won't find everything you need by far. You get the feeling that you're being ripped off. And actually I got it wrong, I got paid more than it should have. I left it then and wouldn't go there anymore either. Be careful. I would definitely count and keep a close eye on the bill. As soon as the employees notice that you don't pay attention to the bill, they strike.
