Sauber und ordentlich jedes mal wenn ich da bin :)und das Ergebnis kann sich sehen lassen. Despite my acrylic allergy, I have no more problems with this studio, they helped me and found a good alternative. Clean and tidy every time I'm there :)And the result is really good.

Die Mitarbeiter sind total nett und sehr kompetent und meine Nägel sehen toll aus:)Ich komme gerne wieder und kann jedem den Salon nur empfehlen! Etwas ungeduldig, wenn man als Kunde etwas entdeckt was noch verbessert werden muss, aber wer über diese Art hinwegsehen kann ist in diesem Salon sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Ergebnis ist es wert. Auch wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist wird nachgebessert bis das Ergebnis passt. Der Umgang ist im Allgemeinen freundlich. Simply wonderfully implemented! A little impatient when a customer discovers something that still needs to be improved, but anyone who can overlook this type is in very good hands in this salon. The result is worth it. Even if something is not right, improvements are made until the result is correct. The company is generally friendly.
I	Ines on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unglaublich! Ich musste ewig warten um dranzukommen, nur um dann in kürzester Zeit (15 Minuten?) Lack auf die Nägel geschmiert(!!!) zu bekommen. Das Resultat ist furchtbar. Zwar habe ich vor Beginn der Behandlung ein Foto des gewünschten Ergebnisses hergezeigt, ich hatte aber absolut nicht den Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeiter ernsthaftes Interesse daran hatten, mir schöne Nägel zu machen. Einziges Ziel war eine schnelle Abfertigung. Der Lack ist unregelmäßig aufgetragen und die Nägel schlecht gefeilt. Ich bin wirklich extrem zornig und enttäuscht, da es mir sehr wichtig war für einen bevorstehenden besonderen Anlass schöne Nägel zu haben. Nachtrag: Habe am selben Abend noch für den Folgetag einen Termin für das Entfernen der schrecklichen Arbeit ausgemacht und bezahlt! Als ich dann dort erschienen bin wurde ganz dreist VOR meinen Augen mein Termin storniert und mir mitgeteilt, dass meine Nägel einfach hässlich sind und man nichts machen kann. Dieser Salon ist eine Katastrophe! Ich rate allen ab dorthin zugehen! Unbelievable! I had to wait forever to get it, only to get varnish smeared on my nails (!!!) in a very short time (15 minutes?). The result is terrible. Although I showed a photo of the desired result before starting the treatment, I absolutely did not get the impression that the employees were seriously interested in getting me beautiful nails. The only goal was a quick check-in. The varnish is applied irregularly and the nails are badly filed. I am really extremely angry and disappointed as having beautiful nails was very important to me for an upcoming special occasion. Addendum: I made an appointment the same evening for the removal of the terrible work and paid for it! When I showed up there, my appointment was boldly canceled BEFORE my eyes and I was told that my nails are just ugly and that nothing can be done. This salon is a disaster! I advise everyone to go there!
