Das Personal ist fachlich leider nicht so gut geschult, dafür gibt es einen Abzug. I've been in this business for years and have always received friendly service until now. Unfortunately, the staff is not that well trained, but there is a deduction.

Ich werde nie mehr wieder in diesem Geschäft einkaufen! Wanted to dye my hair dark blonde - had already approached Nuance Nuance Nuance - then I went for safety's sake in this business, so I can catch up with an "expert opinion" - have bought two tubes of paint and hydrogen for almost 40 euros (!!) and now is my hair - DARK BROWN - so almost black !! I will never shop again in this shop!

Care yesterday was fantastic! Nice, courteous and mri filled out the hair clipper's warranty card, etc. Everything was really good.

Online bekommt man die Farbe für 8-11€. Gehe definitiv nie wieder zu Roma. Einfach nur eine Frechheit wie teuer die Preise sind... So to ask for € 18.20 for the Wella 12/96 is a bottomless cheek. Unfortunately, I only looked online afterwards to see what it cost. You can get the color online for 8-11 €. Definitely never go to Roma again. Just a joke how expensive the prices are ...
