Very courteous staff. The fillet steaks are wonderfully tender and juicy. Good wine selection. Recommendable!

p	pht 1979 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wirklich ein Highlight neben all den anderen Annehmlichkeiten, die Blumau bietet - über alle Zweifel erhabene Qualität der Zutaten, tolle Atmosphäre, Service vom Feinsten - das war heute wirklich toll. Hier bedeutet "medium" wirklich zartrosa gebraten, butterweich und geschmacklich top. Vom Gruß aus der Küche, den Steaks und den Desserts, absolut gelungen. Auch was die Weinberatung angeht, so haben die Empfehlungen perfekt mit den Hauptspeisen harmoniert, Kompliment. Ich hatte als Dessert die Mascarpone-Polenta mit Feige und Orange - so etwas Gutes habe ich schon lange nicht mehr gegessen, ich muss das darum auch extra hervorheben. Wir freuen uns schon auf die nächste Gelegenheit und konnten den überaus gelungenen Abend so richtig genießen, vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Really a highlight in addition to all the other amenities that Blumau offers - the quality of the ingredients, great atmosphere, service at its finest - that was really great today. Here "medium" really means roasted pale pink, soft as butter and with a top taste. From the greeting from the kitchen, the steaks and the desserts, absolutely successful. Also as far as the wine advice is concerned, the recommendations harmonized perfectly with the main courses, compliments. I had the mascarpone polenta with fig and orange for dessert - I haven't eaten something that good in a long time, so I have to emphasize it. We are looking forward to the next opportunity and were able to really enjoy the very successful evening, many thanks to the entire team.
