Eine Klärung ist nicht möglich, da Herr Müller telefonisch nicht erreichbar ist. In der Frima ist ein Mitarbeiter der auf Nachfrage mitteilt, dass er den Chef auch nicht erreichen könne. Er versucht es noch einmal. Herr Müller läßt ausrichten, dass er vergessen habe. Kein persönliches Gespräch, keine Entschuldigung. Mr. Müller is unfriendly on the phone, but an appointment is made, which Mr. Müller does not keep. A clarification is not possible because Mr. Müller cannot be reached by phone. There is an employee in the company who, when asked, says that he cannot reach the boss either. He tries again. Mr Müller lets it be said that he has forgotten. No face-to-face, no apologies.
