Aus dem 100€ Vermittlungsbonus werden(NICHT NACHVOLLZIEHBAR!) 83,33€!!!!! Für eine Klärung ist dann NIEMAND erreichbar. Die zuständige Sachbearbeiterin lässt sich am Telefon verleugnen, da man vorab von der Dame an der Vermittlung gefragt wird worum es geht. Jeglicher Versuch eine Stellungnahme zu erhalten wird ignoriert. Mails bleiben unbeantwortet, täglicher Anruf(Verleugnung oder Telefonstörung)sinnlos. Und dies ist nach Recherchen kein Einzelfall sondern gängige Praxis!! ACHTUNG an alle Interessenten, Sie werden bei der Verrechnung ihre Blauen Wunder erleben! Liebe Fa. COOL-Tec, das ist definitiv keine Kundenfreundlichkeit bzw. kein seriöses Arbeiten!! Meine 4 weiteren Interessenten werde ich garantiert an andere Firmen verweisen!!! After a friendly business initiation and also very neat installation, COOL-Tec then shows very dubious invoice processing. From the 100 € placement bonus (not traceable!) 83.33 € !!!!! NOBODY can then be reached for clarification. The responsible clerk can be denied on the phone, because the lady at the agency asks you in advance what it is about. Any attempt to comment is ignored. Mails remain unanswered, daily calls (denial or telephone disturbance) are pointless. And according to research, this is not an isolated case but common practice !! ATTENTION to all interested parties, you will experience their blue wonders when calculating! Dear COOL-Tec company, this is definitely not customer friendliness or serious work !! I will definitely refer my 4 other interested parties to other companies !!!

Wobei es hier weder um das freundliche Damen-Team an der Reception oder das Montage-Team geht, denn die waren echt spitze. Aber die Führungsebene ist echt zum vergessen, anfangs eine falsche Rechnung(Artikel angeführt die gar nicht verbaut waren).Das hat Wochen gedauert dies zu Ändern, dann musste ich den Förderungsformular(Photovoltaikanlage) für die Gemeinde ewig nachlaufen und zig Anrufe tätigen. Und der zuständige ist nie anzutreffen oder zu sprechen. Wie gesagt bis auf die Arbeiter/innen ist der Betrieb echt schleissig geführt und die Abwickiung war mehr als mühsam. Die 3 Sterne gibt es von mir nur aufs Produkt dass tadellos läuft und auf das Montage-Team und Receptionistinnen die gute Arbeit leisten. Der Rest ist zum auslassen. Unfortunately I have to agree with the rest of the reviews. It's not about the friendly ladies team at the reception or the assembly team, because they were really great. But the management level is really forgettable, at the beginning a wrong invoice (items listed that were not installed at all). That took weeks to change, then I had to follow the funding form (photovoltaic system) for the community forever and make dozens of calls. And the person responsible can never be found or spoken. As I said, apart from the workers, the company is run really badly and the processing was more than laborious. I only give the 3 stars to the product that runs flawlessly and the assembly team and receptionists do a good job. The rest is left out.

Lehner ist nur solange erreichbar und freundlich bis der Auftrag erfolgt und unterschrieben ist, danach ist der Kunde sich mit der Klimaanlage selbst überlassen. Die Montage ansich war unprofessionell organisiert, Termin wurde mehrfach geändert. Installiert wurde ein sehr sperrig und altmodisch wirkendes Fujitsu-Gerät (Restposten?) welches alle paar Minuten,laute, brummende Geräusche von sich gibt. Cool-Tec meinte dazu nur: “Das ist normal” ? Scheinbar hat sich deswegen niemand bemüßigt gefühlt mich darüber vorab zu informieren. Oder wollte man den Auftrag nicht gefährden? ? Not recommendable. Mr. Lehner is only available and friendly until the order has been placed and signed, after which the customer is left with the air conditioning himself. The assembly itself was organized unprofessionally, the date was changed several times. A very bulky and old-fashioned looking Fujitsu device (remaining stock?) Was installed, which makes loud, humming noises every few minutes. Cool-Tec only said: “This is normal” ? Apparently nobody felt obliged to inform me about it in advance. Or did you not want to jeopardize the job? ?

Insgesamt eine wunderschöne saubere Arbeit, besonders die Leitungsführungskanäle wurden derart montiert, dass sie so gut wie nicht wahrnehmbar sind. Habe mit COOL-Tec einen Wartungsvertrag für die Klimaanlage abgeschlossen, wodurch eine jährliche Wartung der Klimaanlage erfolgte bzw. erfolgt. Bin bis jetzt vollauf zufrieden. The air conditioning was installed at the end of 2016. All in all, a wonderfully neat job, especially the cable ducts were installed in such a way that they are almost imperceptible. I signed a maintenance contract for the air conditioning with COOL-Tec, whereby an annual maintenance of the air conditioning took place or takes place. So far I am completely satisfied.
