M	Melanie Troindl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde von einer anderen Werkstatt zur Firma Blöch weiterempfohlen, da das Gerät zur Diagnose und Befüllung von dem neuen Klimagas nicht vorhanden war. Es wurde bereits bestätigt, dass es sich um ein Leck handelt. Also habe ich mir telefonisch einen Termin ausgemacht. Das hat wunderbar funktioniert. Einen Tag später bei KFZ Blöch angekommen, habe ich nochmals erwähnt, dass ich von der anderen Werkstatt komme, aufgrund des dort fehlenden Gerätes. Die Annahme war höflich und mir wurde ein Kaffee angeboten. Keine 15 min später wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass der Klimakondensator defekt wäre und die Reparatur würde sich auf ~800€ belaufen. Für diese Diagnose habe ich 85€ !!! liegen lassen(Man hätte mir ja sagen können, dass diese Kosten auf mich zukommen würden). Für die Bestätigung, dass ich ein Leck habe. Super. Der Trost ist: Wird mir natürlich Rückverrechnet falls ich es bei ihnen reparieren lasse. Total überteuert. Pauschalpreise für kurze Tätigkeiten und Stundenpreise für lange Tätigkeiten... Another workshop recommended me to the Blöch company because the device for diagnosing and filling the new air-conditioning gas was not available. It has already been confirmed that it is a leak. So I made an appointment by phone. That worked wonderfully. When I arrived at KFZ Blöch a day later, I mentioned again that I was coming from the other workshop due to the lack of equipment there. The reception was polite and I was offered a coffee. Less than 15 minutes later I was informed that the air conditioning condenser was defective and the repair would cost ~ 800 €. I have € 85 for this diagnosis !!! (I could have been told that I would have to bear these costs). For confirming that I have a leak. Super. The consolation is: Of course I will be charged back if I have it repaired by them. Totally overpriced. Flat rates for short activities and hourly prices for long activities ...

Mein Klimaanlage-Problem konnte umgehend behoben werden. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen! The exact procedure was explained to me when I made an appointment! Very friendly and extremely competent employees in this special workshop. My air conditioning problem was resolved immediately. I can only recommend!

Dann im Büro, ich das erste Mal dort, man nimmt sich meines Problems sofort an, mein Auto bzw. die Klimaanlage wird sofort überprüft - wird leider eine teurere Reparatur, aber die Dame im Büro sucht Lösungen, die kostengünstiger sind. Bekomme dann noch einen raschen, eingeschobenen Termin. Beratung top, Service top, Behandlung top. Was soll ich sagen - einfach ein Glücksfall. First impression on the phone: The lady is very friendly, competent, courteous. Then in the office, my first time there, my problem is dealt with immediately, my car or the air conditioning system is checked immediately - unfortunately it will be a more expensive repair, but the lady in the office is looking for solutions that are more cost-effective. Then get a quick, inserted appointment. Top advice, top service, top treatment. What can I say - just a godsend.

Jeder ist freundlich (egal um welche Uhrzeit), kompetente Beratung und ein fabelhafter Service am geliebten KFZ, runden den perfekten Dienst am Kunden ab!!!
