M	Maria Harajda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef ist sehr freundlich und kompetent, Personal aber unglaublich frech , wegen dem Team nie wieder (beim Hr.Binder Preis 260 EUR und 2 Wochen Wartezeit abgemacht , ist plötzlich krank geworden, das Personal kennt sich gar nicht aus, Preis auf einmal zu 830 EUR aufgestiegen, den Vergasser haben die zerlegt und wollten BEZAHLUNG, damit wir den in dem abgegebenen Zustand abholen könnten ! Einfach eine Frechheit! Boss is very friendly and competent, staff but incredibly cheeky, because of the team never again (agreed with Mr. Binder price 260 EUR and 2 weeks waiting time, suddenly got sick, the staff doesn't know anything at all, price at 830 EUR climbed up, the carburettor disassembled it and wanted PAYMENT, so that we could pick it up in the given state! Just a cheek!
S	Spektrum on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlicher Kunden Beratung, hatte für meine MT07 zwei Stück Schrauben benötigt und Sie verlangten von mir 3€ für zwei Bremsflüssigkeitsbehälter Schrauben !! Eine echte Frechheit!!!!! Jeder der eine gute Beratung sucht ist hier definitiv falsch, ich werde diese Werkstatt nicht mehr besuchen. Bei Yamaha in Graz würden die Schrauben 50 cent kosten habe ich telefonisch erfahren. Very unfriendly customer advice, I needed two screws for my MT07 and they asked me to pay 3 € for two brake fluid reservoir screws! A real cheek !!!!! Anyone looking for good advice is definitely wrong here, I will not visit this workshop again. At Yamaha in Graz the screws would cost 50 cents, I found out over the phone.

Spezielle Fälle, wie Garantien, werden in mehr als 3 Monate nicht gelöst, sondern nicht einmal fertig gemacht. Konnte eine andere Werkstatt in weniger als 3 Wochen ohne Probleme beheben. Es wird sich nicht einmal dem Problem angenommen, sondern einem in nicht auszudrückender Art eine G... angehängt. Bitte lasst die Finger von der Firma, es kostet nur unnötige Nerven und Geld. Es verdient sich nicht einmal einen Stern, leider muss dieser ausgewählt werden. Very unfriendly staff and in no way customer friendly. Special cases, such as guarantees, are not resolved in more than 3 months, but not even completed. Was able to fix another workshop with no issues in less than 3 weeks. The problem is not even dealt with, but a G ... is appended to it in an inexpressible way. Please keep your hands off the company, it will only cost you unnecessary nerves and money. It doesn't even deserve a star, unfortunately it has to be selected.

Preis / Wartezeit ist fair und korrekt. Ich kann nur sagen, dass ich dort diesen Service dort wieder in Anspruch nehmen würde. Vielen Dank an das Team Yamaha Binder??, bis zum Jahresservice 2022. Price / waiting time is fair and correct. I can only say that I would use this service there again. Many thanks to the Yamaha Binder?? team until the annual service 2022. k	kerstin lippert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es lungern (von ausstellen oder gar präsentieren) Motorräder im Schauraum herum, die gar nicht für den Verkauf gedacht sind. Auf Nachfrage warum das so ist wird man angeschnauzt. Fragen stellen ist sowieso nicht erwünscht. Fazit: Bevor ich bei so einem Betrieb kaufe - nehme ich den Bus! Danke aber nein danke! There are (of exhibiting or even presenting) motorbikes loitering around in the showroom that are not intended for sale at all. When asked why that is, you get snapped at. Asking questions is not welcome anyway. Conclusion: Before I buy from such a company - I take the bus! No thank you!
