★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gut, daß es so eine Spezialwerkstatt gibt, ABER: Der ursprünglich zugesagte Fertigstellungstermin wurde nicht eingehalten. Als das Auto dann fertig war, wollte Herr Neumahr plötzlich 28% mehr als beim Kostenvoranschlag vereinbart. (Mit Nachdruck konnten wir uns dann auf einen Preis von 15% über dem veranschlagten Preis einigen.) Auffallend auch, daß Herr Neumahr nur von Preisen OHNE Umsatzsteuer sprach (bei einem PKW ohne Vorsteuerabzug!), das "Brauchen's a Rechnung?" kam dann eher wenig überraschend.
It's good that there is such a special workshop, BUT: The originally promised completion date was not met. When the car was ready, Mr. Neumahr suddenly wanted 28% more than agreed in the cost estimate. (We were then emphatically able to agree on a price of 15% above the estimated price.) It was also striking that Mr. Neumahr only spoke of prices WITHOUT sales tax (for a car without input tax deduction!), The "need a bill?" then came as little surprise.

Very satisfied. A workshop as one would hope for. Competent, reasonably priced and no unexpected additional costs. Just great.
