★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ging um einen Kleinauftrag für die Installation einer Duschtasse bzw Badewanne inkl Abdichtung. Schon am Telefon wurde dies mit dem Hinweis darauf abgelehnt, dass hier wohl kaum was zu verdienen sei. Meiner Meinung nach ist daher diese Firma negativ zu bewerten.
It was about a small order for the installation of a shower tray or bathtub including sealing. Already on the phone this was rejected with the hint that there was hardly anything to be earned here. In my opinion, this company should therefore be rated negatively.

Had a little problem with the water pressure in my thermal bath. Was solved with a screwdriver and nothing was even charged. Very friendly, gladly again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe einen schnellen Termin (nur 2 Tage) bekommen. Leider konnte er mir bei meiner Wärmepumpe nicht helfen, hat mich aber trotzdem gut beraten. Sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Trotz Anfahrt hat er nichts verlangt. Sollte ich irgenwann einen Installateur benötigen auf jeden Fall diese Fa.. Kann man nur weiterempfehlen.
Got an appointment quickly (only 2 days). Unfortunately, he couldn't help me with my heat pump, but he still gave me good advice. Very polite and accommodating. Despite approaching, he didn't ask for anything. Should I ever need an installer, this company will definitely be there. I can only recommend them.
