Demotivierte Verkäuferin, null Beratung, keine Einkaustüte, etc. It's not my regular branch and I was more than disappointed when I visited this branch. Demotivated saleswoman, no advice, no shopping bag, etc.
S	Sofia Mayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war vor einer Woche im Shop, da ich meiner Mutter ein Geburtstagsgeschenk gesucht habe… Die Verkäuferin (braunhaarig, helle Augen) schien sich sehr gut auszukennen und hat mir geholfen die perfekte Produkte auszusuchen… Dankeschön!! Komme gerne wieder! I was in the shop a week ago as I was looking for a birthday present for my mother... The sales lady (brown haired, light eyes) seemed very knowledgeable and helped me to choose the perfect products... Thank you!! I'd love to come back!
J	Jenna Breath on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich mag Rituals sehr gerne und war bisher in den Shop am Westbahnhof oder im Outlet in Parndorf. In diesen Shop war es das erste Mal, dass ich trotz geringen Kundenaufkommens nicht beachtet wurde, was sehr schade ist, da Rituals normalerweise sehr groß in Sachen Freundlichkeit ist und ich ein bestimmtes Produkt gesucht habe. Ich musste der jungen Verkäuferin quasi nachlaufen und sie hat sich auch nicht wirklich ausgekannt, bzw Interesse gezeigt sondern nur abgewunken. Dass kurz nach Weihnachten der Shop wie geplündert ist überrascht mich nicht und stört mich nicht - aber von der Kundenfreundlichkeit bin ich anderes von Rituals gewohnt. I like rituals very much and have been to the shop at Westbahnhof or the outlet in Parndorf so far. It was the first time in this shop that I was ignored despite the low number of customers, which is a shame, since Rituals is usually very big when it comes to friendliness and I was looking for a certain product. I practically had to run after the young saleswoman and she didn't really know her way around, or showed interest, she just waved it off. The fact that the shop is looted shortly after Christmas doesn't surprise me and doesn't bother me - but in terms of customer-friendliness, I'm used to something else from Rituals.

Sie sind zwar etwas teurer als gewöhnlich Pflegeprodukte, aber ich zahle gerne mehr, weil ich die Produkte sehr gut vertrage. Ich habe ohnehin schon sehr empfindliche haut… Kann ich sehr empfehlen! Personally, I think the Rituals product is great. They are a little more expensive than usual care products, but I like to pay more because I tolerate the products very well. I already have very sensitive skin ... I can highly recommend it!
E	EV-Evolution on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produkt sehr gut ?....am 05.02.22 Nachmittag waren doch ein paar Leute im Shop. Wurden auch freundlich begrüßt. Wir hatten aber ein eine Frage zu einem bestimmten Produkt.....also fragte ich. ?...gibt es dieses Produkt noch, ich sagte den Namen dieses Produktes. Beraterin.....ist das Regal darunter leer ? Ich ja !! Sie .....dann ist es ausverkauft ⚠️....es hätte ja sein können das ich mich geirrt habe. Aber sie sah nicht einmal selber nach..... leider. Nicht die beste Beraterin ? Wir haben natürlich schon Produkte gekauft. Am Vortag war meine Freundin auch in diesem Shop.....da wurde sie extrem gut beraten. ???? Product very good ?....on the afternoon of 02/05/22 there were a few people in the shop. Were also greeted warmly. We had a question about a specific product though.....so I asked. ?...does this product still exist, I said the name of this product. Counselor.....is the shelf underneath empty? I yes !! You..... then it's sold out ⚠️.... it could have been that I was wrong. But she didn't even check herself..... unfortunately. Not the best advisor ? Of course we have already bought products. The day before my girlfriend was also in this shop.....she was extremely well advised. ????
