M	Mariella P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abgesehen davon, dass ich die Lush Produkte sowieso liebe, möchte ich hier mal ein ganz großes Lob an das Filial-Team in der SCS aussprechen. Die Mitarbeiter sind so freundlich und man wird immer total herzlich empfangen, wenn man den Shop betritt. Die Beratung ist auch hervorragend. Ich komme immer gerne, meine absolute Lieblingsfiliale! Apart from the fact that I love the Lush products anyway, I would like to say a big compliment to the branch team in the SCS. The staff are so friendly and you always get a warm welcome when you enter the shop. The advice is excellent too. I always like to come, my absolute favorite branch!
B	Bella Hofer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produkte super! Keine Tierversuche!! Das ist auch der einzige Grund, weshalb ich meinen Einkauf heute nicht liegen gelassen habe. Der Verkäufer war extrem gereizt u angriffig. Ich hatte schon einiges bei der Kassa liegen u wollte mich noch ein bisschen umschauen. Als einzige Kundin im Shop fühlte ich mich extrem unangenehm beobachtet. Dann passierte es, ich habe an einem Duschgel gerochen u die Maske ganz wenig nach unten geschoben. Eher unbewusst! Kein Problem MEIN Fehler. Er schrie von von vorne: „Maske aufsetzen, sofort.“ Ich bin zusammengezuckt, Maske sofort die 2 mm über das Nasenloch u musste wegen der Entfernung lauter zurück sagen: „Ja sry! Kurz irgendwie vergessen. Sie müssen sich keine Sorgen machen,Maske drauf geimpft, getestet alles gut!“ „Na wenn Sie sich so phänomenal auskennen, wissen Sie ja, dass die Impfung gar nichts nützt.“ Ehm ok…. Wollte eigentlich nur meine Sachen kaufen und keine Belehrung u Grundsatzdiskussion mit jemanden führen. Vielleicht für das nächste Mal bei einem anderen Kunden (ab jetzt kaufe ich nur mehr online). Der Kunde ist primär kein A…., ein normales Hinweisen genügt: Entschuldigung, ist Ur mühsam, aber nicht riechen! Wegen der Maske!!!“ „Oh tut mir leid, das habe ich gerade voll vergessen. Ich kenne das Duschgel noch nicht könnten Sie mir erklären ob das ein Winterduft ist?“ Die Dame die auch verkauft hat kam dann nett zu mir u wollte mir die Düfte erklären. Danke dafür, aber die Stimmung war dahin. Die Produkte werden es wieder gut machen. Das Kauferlebnis war super sch…. Products great! No animal testing!! That is also the only reason why I did not leave my purchase today. The seller was extremely irritable and aggressive. I already had a few things at the cash desk and wanted to take a look around. As the only customer in the shop, I felt extremely uncomfortably observed. Then it happened, I smelled a shower gel and pushed the mask down a little. Rather unconsciously! No problem MY mistake. He shouted from the front: "Put on your mask, now." I winced, the mask immediately put the 2 mm over the nostril and because of the distance I had to say back louder: “Yes sry! Somehow forgotten briefly. You don't have to worry, the mask has been vaccinated, everything tested well! " "Well, if you know your way around phenomenally, you know that the vaccination is of no use." Um ok…. Actually just wanted to buy my things and not have any instruction or basic discussion with someone. Maybe for one of them next time other customers (from now on I only buy online). The customer is primarily not an A…., A normal hint is enough: Sorry, it’s a hassle, but don't smell! Because of the mask !!! " “Oh, I'm sorry, I just completely forgot about that. I don't know the shower gel yet, could you explain to me whether it's a winter scent? " The lady who also sold came to me nice and wanted to explain the scents to me. Thanks for that, but the mood was gone. The products will make it up to you. The buying experience was super nice….

Ich finde es auch super, dass Lush auf Tierschutz achtet und die Produkte sind frei von Tiertestungen. I always like to come back, super nice team, competent advice, great events, lots of choice and there is always something new. I also think it's great that Lush respects animal welfare and the products are free from animal testing.
