Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen, alleine wegen der Musik im Laden Rented snowshoes there, it was super easy and cheap, very competent advice and service. I can only recommend it, just because of the music in the store

Ich habe über Amazon eine Jacke bestellt - und auch über Amazon wieder zurückgeschickt… War wohl die falsche Adresse…hätte auf der Rechnung gestanden… Aber ganz ehrlich: wenn ich über Amazon kaufe, schicke ich doch auch über Amazon zurück, damit meine Garantie erhalten bleibt… Die Adresse sei falsch, teilte man mir mit… Aber es kann ja wohl nicht wahr sein, wenn der Verkäufer seine Rücksendeangelegenheit nicht im Griff hat, dass ich das jetzt ausbaden muss… Seit drei Monaten warte ich auf mein Geld und niemand fühlt sich zuständig… Ständig wird mir gesagt, was ich alles machen muss… Angeblich kann der Verkäufer sich nicht drum kümmern… Die Jacke wird mir nun zurückgeschickt, hieß es… Dauert 4-6 Wochen, ist acht Wochen her, die Jacke kam nicht… Sehr, sehr schwach… Aber ich bleibe dran… manche vielleicht nicht, wenn es um kleinere Beträge geht… Finde ich nicht fair… Bla Bla Bla die Antwort... Kein Mensch kümmert sich drum - und nicht ICH habe die Jacke irrtümlich woanders hingeschickt, sondern IHR habt bei "amazon retour" offensichtlich eine falsche Adresse hinterlegt Better keep your hands off online! I ordered a jacket via Amazon - and also sent it back via Amazon... It was probably the wrong address...would have been on the invoice... But to be honest: if I buy via Amazon, I also send it back via Amazon so that my guarantee is maintained ... The address is wrong, I was told ... But it can't be true if the seller doesn't have his returns under control that I have to pay for it now ... I've been waiting for my money for three months and nobody feels responsible ...I'm constantly being told what I have to do... Apparently the seller can't take care of it... The jacket will now be sent back to me, they said... Takes 4-6 weeks, it's been eight weeks, the jacket didn't come... Very, very weak... But I keep at it... some maybe not when it comes to smaller amounts... I don't think it's fair... blah blah blah the answer... Nobody cares about it - and I didn't mistakenly sent the jacket somewhere else, but YOU obviously entered the wrong address in "amazon return".
