★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is great and within 50 metres of the main lifts. Rented skis etc from them. Own boots, which I had a problem with. They spent an hour or more using equipment I have never seen in UK, reshaping and fitting the boots and soles, despite UK experts saying they were fine. These guys are professional boot fitters in every sense, as well as very friendly and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skiing in Obergurgl for 10 days. Had lots of problems with my boots which had been fitted in the UK. Went to the shop twice, staff were extremely helpful, spent a long time re fitting and remoulded my boots. Now fit perfectly and no longer getting any pain. They really saved my ski holiday! Many thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. They take photos of you as a thief at the box office, even after presenting the NATIONAL ID. I recommend using the services of Intersport rental shops, where I have always been completely satisfied. I would never recommend RIML sport to my friends again.

In addition to sorting out our rental skis, Jogi was fantastic helping me with the boots I had bought online, trying to stop them hurting my shins after my first day of skiing. Unfortunately they were simply no good (my advice, don’t buy online, go to a shop and have them fitted properly - lesson learnt!!), so he gave me some rental boots to try out for the day for free, they were so much better, so I bought a new pair from him. I went back to the shop a few times in the week to have the fitting tweaked with made to fit insoles, heel grips etc to ensure a proper fit. He was so patient and even encouraged me to come back as many times as needed, to get them right. Fantastic service & advice from a very knowledgable person. Thank you so much Jogi. Highly recommend these guys for all your skiing needs. Sarah & family x
