★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour is interesting and worth doing if you are in the area, but the staff at the counter to buy the tickets were EXTREMELY rude and ignored us twice! We nearly walked away. The tickets also cost 5 euros despite the website saying they are free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressive place to visit. Awesome to see how these people work. The temparature is hot but none the less it's still interesting to visit the factory. The shop has many interesting items for sale. The prices are high, but at least you know you buy something special. The outlet offers also many items for lower prices. The offering differs per month, depending on what's on sale.
