★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As visitors from the UK we drove from Kitzbuhel to Reidels showroom. We were very disappointed on arrival to be told in an unpleasant and unhelpful way that at 16.02 we had missed the last tour by 2 minutes and there was no way we could join it. The unfriendly attitude from the woman at the desk put us off buying anything in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a fantastic place to visit. Unbelievably cool. Even in a pandemic you were able to watch the glass making from the outside.
The store was well stocked & the staff very helpful. For the international traveler if you mention it they will box up your glasses very well.
Traveling from Austria to the United States, out of 18 glasses I only lost one -- quite good considering that airlines treat your luggage like gorillas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed! It says outlet, but the prices are normal shop prices, even in the “outlet” room! It is just a room, not much to choose, most of the stuffs with normal prices, a few single pieces with small discount. We have brought our riedel glasswares at other places with much better prices!
