★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in Kufstein or nearby, it's a great place to visit. You will see by yourself the old technique of making glass products that Riedel still use. The tour program include not only seeing actual factory, but they will also tell you more about company and educate about glass itself. Quite interesting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really fascinating to see how, and why the glasses are still made. It would be great if a simple tasting could be offered also to illustrate the benefits. Note it costs €5, but this is redeemable against purchases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the second and third quality glassware, you need some time to look through to find the best items. Overall, lovely range and well priced crystal across two stores. Not worth the trip if you're not the in the area but a must if you are nearby. Beautiful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have not taken any tour, but just the designes are so amazing. And the shop offers not only glasses but also interior design. So great to visit. But be careful, will be hard not to buy something of the amazing staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really interesting!! The self guided tour was free, though I'll have to come back because I'd love to learn more with a guide. Please note that there are two sets of stairs (up and back down) which makes the tour unsuitable/difficult for a wheelchair/stroller (unless there's an option I wasn't informed about).
