★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man wird nicht ernst genommen und man muss trotz Termins sehr lange im Wartezimmer warten. Die Beraterin verlässt während des Gesprächs den Raum und quatscht lieber mit der Kollegin draußen. Bringen tut sich es nix und es wird zu einem gesagt, dass man selber klarkommen muss... ja wow daran habe ich nie gedacht!!
You are not taken seriously and you have to wait a long time in the waiting room despite the appointment. The counselor leaves the room during the conversation and prefers to chat with the colleague outside. It doesn’t help and it is said to you that you have to cope yourself ... yes wow I never thought of that !!
