K	Kevin Kollmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren heute am 10.09.21 zum Abendessen im Gasthaus. Das Essen war an sich war gut ! Leider war die Portion vom Preis - Leistungsverhältnis sehr klein, zudem hat es sehr lange gedauert bis das Essen an den Tisch geliefert wurde. Mein Wiener Schnitzel was ich mit Pommes bestellt hatte, wurde schnell am Tisch mit Kartoffelsalat abgestellt. Ohne mich zu beklagen, habe ich das Schnitzel so gegessen. Als die Teller abgeräumt wurden, habe ich dies erwähnt. Worauf von der Bedienung keine Entschuldigung kam, sondern nur ein:" Hat auch so gepasst oder?" Am Ende war es nicht möglich unseren Tisch mit 7 Personen einzeln abzurechnen, wir mussten selbst mit dem Handy-Taschenrechner die Positionen zusammenrechnen und das Geld am Tisch sammeln. Dies ist kein Service ! Von einem ausgezeichneten Restaurant haben wir uns mehr erwartet. We went to the inn for dinner today on 09/10/21. The food itself was good! Unfortunately, the portion was very small in terms of price / performance ratio, and it took a long time until the food was delivered to the table. My Wiener Schnitzel, which I ordered with French fries, was quickly placed on the table with potato salad. I ate the schnitzel like that without complaining. I mentioned this when the plates were cleared away. No apology came from the waitress, just: "It worked, right?" In the end it was not possible to bill our table with 7 people individually, we had to add up the items ourselves with the mobile phone calculator and collect the money at the table. This is not a service! We expected more from an excellent restaurant.

Neben den Speisen und der Weinkarte möchte ich noch den Service hervorheben: selten wird in Restaurants auch das Team „hinter den Kulissen“ erwähnt, hier steht es in der Speisekarte, eine tolle Wertschätzung! Wir hatten mit Denise, Sophie und Ursula viel Spass und möchten uns noch einmal ganz herzlich für den wunderbaren Abend bedanken. Die einzelnen Essen zu beschreiben würde zu weit führen, alles war perfekt angerichtet, kam gleichzeitig und war von feinster Qualität. Ein tolles Restaurant, ein tolles Team und eine tolle Atmosphäre in Stumm. Klare Empfehlung, bitte weiter so. VG und bleibt gesund. Carsten, der schöne Michi und die anderen. Durch die eigene Metzgerei sind viele Spezialitäten auf der Karte die es in anderen Gasthäusern nicht bzw. nur auf Nachfrage gibt. Mein absolutes Highlight zum Beispiel, das Beuscherl! Die Bedienung ist flott und zuvorkommend, kaum ist die Flasche Mineral leer, wird freundlich gefragt ob es noch eine Flasche sein darf. Ein Gasthaus das ich jedem uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann! The Nester - a culinary gem in the Zillertal As soon as you enter this wonderful inn, you will be greeted in a friendly manner and taken to one of the beautifully renovated guest rooms. Due to the in-house butcher's shop, there are many specialties on the menu that are not available in other inns or only on request. My absolute highlight, for example, the Beuscherl! The service is quick and courteous, as soon as the bottle of mineral is empty, you are asked in a friendly way if you can have another bottle. A guest house that I can recommend to everyone without reservation!
