★ ★ ★ ★ ★ klein maar fijn appartement. alles netjes en schoon. moderne tv, prima voor een vakantie met 2 personen. alles bespreekbaar met huismanager. mooi centraal gelegen in ski/wandelgebied. nadeel; kerk is dichtbij.....kerkklok slaat elke 15 minuten.. uitgebreid.
small but nice apartment. everything neat and clean. modern TV, great for a holiday with 2 people. everything can be discussed with the house manager. nice centrally located in ski / hiking area. disadvantage; church is close by ..... church bell strikes every 15 minutes .. extended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferienwohnung zentral in Stumm, sehr gute Lage: Skibus, Bäcker, Supermarkt, Pizzeria direkt um die Ecke. Küche sehr klein, kein Backofen. Kein Trennsystem für Abfall in der Wohnung, obwohl im Keller alles getrennt werden muss.
Wenn man den Aufenthaltsraum mitnutzt, ist das Raumangebot i.O. Großer Balkon, im Winter allerdings mit wenig zusätzlichem Nutzen.
Preis/Leistung OK
Holiday apartment in central Stumm, very good location: ski bus, bakery, supermarket, pizzeria just around the corner. Kitchen very small, no oven. No waste separation system in the apartment, although everything in the basement has to be separated.
If you also use the common room, the space available is OK. Large balcony, but with little additional use in winter.
