S	Sven Ganter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was waren das für Zeiten, damals in den 90er Jahren, als die Kunden noch kamen, einfach, weil Sie schon immer kamen. Heute, 2018, sieht das allerdings etwas anders aus. Die Gäste werden kritischer, schauen sich Bewertungen an, fordern, dass ein Betrieb "mit der Zeit geht". Im Falle dieses Restaurants deutet allerdings leider vieles daraufhin, dass der Betrieb den Wandel verschlafen hat. Der Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Gästewünsche werden nicht oder nicht ausreichend beachtet, schließlich habe sich vorher "ja auch niemand darüber beschwert". Beispiele? Das Frühstücksbuffet ist eher rustikal. Der "Wellnesstrend" wird über drei Sorten Cornflakes zur Auswahl und Kakaopulver zum darüberstreuen abgedeckt. Es ist morgens zu wenig Personal da, um bei großen Gruppen das Geschirr direkt abzuräumen und neue Tassen hinzustellen. So sieht der Gastraum schnell aus, wie die Tische im Schlussverkauf bei Primark. Beim Abendessen innerhalb der Halbpension bestanden drei Abende aus "Geschnetzeltes-Variationen". Schwein, Kalb und Huhn. Die kleinen und abgezählten Brokkoliröschen standen im Kontrast zu den ungezupften ganzen Salatblättern am Buffett. Einzig das Salatdressing war wirklich makellos. Zum Abschluss noch einen Espresso und vielleicht ein, zwei Bierchen an der "Bar" - absolut empfehlenswert. Allerdings, besser Kleingeld mitnehmen! Denn "auf's Zimmer schreiben" ist nicht. Hier wird jedes Getränk einzeln abgerechnet - wenn das Personal mit den Stapeln an Kassenbons zurecht kommt. Okay, mit Karte zahlen geht. Aber: "Sie wollen doch jetzt nicht jedes Bier mit Karte zahlen, oder?" What kind of times were those back in the 90s, when customers were still coming, simply because they always came. Today, 2018, it looks a little different. The guests become more critical, look at reviews and demand that a company "move with the times". In the case of this restaurant, however, there are unfortunately many indications that the company slept through the change. The service leaves a lot to be desired. The guests' wishes are not or not sufficiently taken into account, after all, "nobody complained about it" beforehand. Examples? The breakfast buffet is rather rustic. The "wellness trend" is covered by three types of cornflakes to choose from and cocoa powder to sprinkle on top. There is not enough staff in the morning to clear away the dishes and put new cups in front of large groups. The dining room quickly looks like the tables in the Primark sale. At dinner within the half board, there were three evenings of "Geschnetzeltes-Variationen". Pork, veal and chicken. The small and counted broccoli florets stood in contrast to the unplucked whole lettuce leaves at the buffet. Only the salad dressing was really flawless. Finally, an espresso and maybe a beer or two at the "bar" - absolutely recommendable. However, it is better to take change with you! Because "write in the room" is not. Each drink is billed individually here - if the staff can cope with the stacks of receipts. Okay, you can pay by card. But: "You don't want to pay for every beer with a card, do you?"

D	Ditmar Rose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gute österreichische Küche mit lokalen Produkten. Es werden auch glutenfreie Gerichte und Frühstück (dafür einen Extrastern) angeboten. Die Küche ist da sehr flexibel. Für das nahe Familienhotel wird das Frühstück und bei Halbpension auch das Abendbrot (Salatbar + 3 Gängemenü) angeboten. Das alles zu einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Service war aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Good Austrian cuisine with local products. Gluten-free dishes and breakfast (with an extra star) are also offered. The kitchen is very flexible. For the nearby family hotel, breakfast and, with half board, also dinner (salad bar + 3 course menu) are offered. All of this at a good price-performance ratio. The service was attentive and courteous.
I	Isa Bea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir kommen seit vielen Jahren ins Restaurant im Sporthotel und kennen den Koch schon persönlich, der stets sehr bemüht ist und flexibel auf Wünsche der Kunden eingeht. Es wird gut deftig und traditionell gekocht, was auch immer sehr gut schmeckt. Für die Vegetarier gibt es etwas zu wenig Angebot (der Koch macht mir immer etwas eigenes). Gerne würde ich auch ein paar mehr leichtere Gerichte (unabhängig vom Salat) probieren. Trotzdem kommen wir immer wieder gerne und genießen die autentische, freundliche Atmosphäre und das gute Essen. We have been coming to the restaurant in the Sporthotel for many years and know the chef personally, who always tries very hard and flexibly to the wishes of the customer. It is good hearty and traditional cooked, which always tastes very good. For the vegetarians there is a little too little offer (the cook always makes me own). I would also like to try a few more lighter dishes (regardless of the salad). Nevertheless, we always like to come back and enjoy the authentic, friendly atmosphere and the good food.
