★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, quite big. It has a lot of apartments, some are renovated some are waiting for renovating. The apartment we had was small but okay it is equipped with everything and lacks only an oven. But it has a micro wave. The hotel has an restaurant and a swimming pool. There is one thing that is annoying though: when returning from skiing in the afternoon you will have to walk downhill to the hotel. The road is steep and very slippery even after spreading salt. It is kind of dangerous walk down there wearing ski boots and the hotel bus is only going in the morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is excellent: walking distance of the center of Riezlern, but in a quiet environment with a nice view over the mountains.
The rooms are renovated and clean. Bathroom was small but modern. Beds were small (for a 2m tall guy) and mediocre, the matrasses were not very good.
The reception closes at 20h, which is quiet early since you need the reception for the sauna, table tennis, table soccer,...
The restaurant is badly managed. Some of the personnel is trying their best, but it's clear that the main purpose of the restaurant is to get as much money as possible from the guests. An example is that we wanted to take some left-over coffee from our breakfast table with us on the long journey back home. It was not allowed, they requested us to pay for it. We refused, so they just threw it away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and plentiful refilled. My bed was good but the other one from the apartment was ready for an update. The view from apartment is beautiful. My family has come here for over 40 years and we will continue to return.
