★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive restaurant with vegan options within a historic castle. I can here to have dinner with friends. The selection of vegan dishes was surprising to me for a more traditional restaurant, so I went to the vegan stroganoff, which is made with seitan instead of meat. It was alright, but nothing I’d order again.
I found it annoying that beer is mainly sold in quantities of 0.33, 0.75 or 1.4 liters. Not very practical quantities - additionally beers come in awkward glasses, that look like laboratory products. I can recommend the wheat beers, that come in normal sizes and glasses. Overall, this place is very expensive for the quality it offers to vegetarians.
