21.10.21 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars from us ? Highly recommend this cosy, warm, friendly and delightful restaurant. Hans was the perfect host and made our visit a wonderful experience. The food was delicious the drink's were divine and the service was a sensation. It really is a hidden gem near St Stephan's Cathedral in Vienna city ?? Hans, Thank you for the thoughtful birthday gifts ?? Kind regards Mary and Bruno ??

Herr Schmid is the most kind and generous host ever, he made us feel like family (we share the same surname) or friends! The food is super delicious (fondue and raclette made with love!) I really hope to come back very soon. Best regards and thank you a lot!!!

The fondue was great but real gem was the host, simply the kindest person I've yet to meet in any restaurant I have been to in Europe, he was amazingly attentive and caring and made us feel like a part of the family??

The best Cheesefondue in Vienna, perhaps even Austria! Lots of choice, just check out the menu and enjoy!!

We booked with Quandoo for 20. Around 3pm we changed the time to 21. The moment we entered the place we were covered by an unpleasant smell of closed space and I wasn't really happy about it. The host didn't wait a single second to tell us, in a really angry tone, that the place was closing. After showing him the reservation with Quandoo, he said this exact words: "I don't care if you changed, I'm closing" with a really bad tone and an even worst face expression. Honestly I was relieved: the smell in the place was really difficult to bare. Hopefully we eventually found a much better place to eat.

A cute little restaurant. A large selection of cheese fondue. If you want raclette, you need to order it at least 24h before.

A hidden gem in the heart of Vienna. And spoiler alert: the fondue here was better than what we have had in Switzerland! Pass the narrow alley too quickly and you might just miss this perfectly Swiss decorated restaurant. Excellent service, friendly and swift. We had a hard time choosing from the fondue options but went with the Wallis speciality. Utterly delicious and the host was so kind to also add potatoes to the side. Another group with dietary restrictions was accomodated for well. Reasonably priced too.

Cute little Swiss Restaurant down a back alley in the middle of old town Vienna. Just stopped in for a beer. Next time I'm in town I'll definitely have to swing by for dinner.
