S	Sebastian Håkansson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resort hotel with kitchen in the room, so you can cook your own food if you want to , nice sauna and pool area (jacuzzi and pool to swim around in). Restaurant on site with a really nice breakfast, serves buffet and a a la carte in the evening. A small selection of drinks available in the room (fridge). No snacks or anything to buy in reception. Large playground area, two tennis courts, two for table tennis. Just spent the night here but the achensee area has a lot to offer for outdoor fun.

The restaurant has good food and a nice variation of dishes each day (we had the all-inclusive package). There is a small but nice pool with a bubblebath next to it, and a sauna of course. The rooms etc look a little outdated by look only (it's Austrian style), but there is nothing wrong about them. For the children: there is a clean indoor playing area and a large outdoor play area. You play tennis, etc. The only bad thing is the free wireless internet. Every evening it just stops working sometimes. I have to sign in again, or I have a good connection but no access to the internet. Please fix this! Tip: Tegernsee, only a 30 minute drive.

A	Ali Al-Qurtas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the location of the hotel yet a lot of issues where faced during my stay, 1) The quality of service provided by the staff is NOT the best I have seen a lot of self servicing is required even though it is a 4 star hotel. 2) A sizable amount of Austrian people in this area seem like that they have an issue with people with different racial backgrpunds and religious beliefs. 3) hotel restaurant needs more options and a bigger menu that fits all tastes. 4) have been provided with a room with only one bathroom that is in the first floor and the rooms where in the upper floor when I clearly told the hotel that I have toddlers and an infant with me and they refused to change the rooms to accommodate my need. 5) cleaning staff needs to do a better job.
V	Valeriia Reveko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty ambivalent impressions. We stayed in the new building, and rooms were brand new, spacious and really pretty. At the same time some small details are still missing, like soap or a towel in a toilet (which is separate from the bathroom) or even a place for it, no place to put suitcases or shoes. Was also sometimes challenging to find a parking spot, even though there is enough place for parking, but since spots are not marked some cars were taking much more space than needed. The breakfast was okay, although one could expect better food for the price. Some of the staff was really friendly and helpful, but some seemed actually pretty rude. On our first day we were asked to leave the restaurant after 3 minutes the official breakfast time was over, twice within 2 minutes and then we were approached once again on our way out with the explanation that we suppose to finish it half an hour earlier than it was told in the brochure or as we were told at the reception. For me it is not a normal behavior towards guests, especially for the money we payed. Also the breakfast place was extremely crowded, even if forget about the social distancing. The territory was pretty beautiful though, and it also seemed like a good place for families with kids.
M	Matthias Weidmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are well equipped and provide a lot of space. The children playground is nice, but does not provide much protection from sun. The breakfast is great, but the dinner could be better. Everyone is friendly and we enjoy the trips via boats.
c	charis carroll on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ absolutely gorgeous!!! stayed here last year and loved it so much. the accommodation was beautiful, meals were amazing, and the cutest hotel cats came to eat dinner with us every night. couldn’t recommend here enough!!! <3
