★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typische Zillertaler Touristenfalle. So überschwemmt von Kunden, die schnell, schnell durchgedrückt werden, dass keinerlei Motivation für Service nötig ist. In drei Tagen als mietender Kunde kein freundliches oder wirklich hilfsbereites Personal gehabt, Leihmaterial wird nicht vernünftig anprobiert, die Reklamation beim Chef gibt nur ein Schulterzucken. Zitat: "Wir haben viele zufriedene Kunden. Da sind halt immer mal unzufriedene dabei. Dann gehen Sie doch woanders hin. Fahren Sie am besten ins Allgäu, wenn es Ihnen hier nicht passt."
 Typical Zillertal tourist trap. So flooded by customers who are quickly, quickly pushed through, that no motivation for service is needed. In three days as a rental customer no friendly or really helpful staff had, loan material is not tried on reasonable, the complaint with the boss is only a shrug. Quote: "We have a lot of satisfied customers, there are always some dissatisfied ones, so go somewhere else and go to the Allgäu if you do not like it here."

Super friendly person. Very good price-performance ratio. Top modern equipment in very good condition. After the very good and detailed advice, I had an excellent holiday in the Zillertal and a lot of fun skiing.

I rent skis for me and for my kids. As for the service, information delivered, recommendations, it was the best service ever I had.
The skis recommended were very new and I really enjoyed the ride.
I do extremely recommend Ski and Go Kaltenbach. You will definitely get a service with a smile.

They also offered me the service to try different types and swap during the day, to compare and try the difference. I was impressed by the enormous professionalism and customer friendliness of all the staff in the store. The gear I rented was new and in perfect condition. So thanks allo you, you contributed to one of my best ski trips ever.
