★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann mich den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Die Apartments sind ganz neu, super modern und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben eine Woche hier verbracht und wurden selten so herzlich und gastfreundlich empfangen! Silvi und Franz sind die nettesten Gastgeber! Die Lage ist perfekt zum Skifahren und Wandern! Hier muss man sich einfach Wohlfühlen.
 I can only agree with all the positive reviews! The apartments are brand new, super modern and nicely decorated. We spent a week here and have rarely been welcomed so warmly and hospitable! Silvi and Franz are the nicest hosts! The location is perfect for skiing and hiking! You just have to feel good here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super schönes und sehr sauberes/ top gepflegtes Apartment mit modernster Ausstattung, in dem man sich vom ersten Augenblick an wohlfühlt!! Man wird sehr herzlich empfangen und kann sich bei Anliegen immer an den Vermieter wenden. Das Haus liegt in perfekter Lage, von der aus man viele Ausflugsziele super erreichen kann. Außerdem gibt es Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Haustür, ein total schnelles WLAN und viele andere luxuriöse Extras im Apartment. Liebe Silvana, lieber Franz danke nochmal für alles, vor allem für den herzlichsten Empfang und die Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden sofort wieder hier wohnen. LG
Super nice and very clean / well-kept apartment with the latest equipment, in which you feel comfortable from the first moment! You will receive a very warm welcome and you can always contact the landlord if you have any concerns. The house is in a perfect location, from which you can easily reach many excursion destinations. There is also parking right on the doorstep, ultra-fast WiFi and many other luxurious extras in the apartment. Dear Silvana, dear Franz, thank you again for everything, especially for the warm welcome and hospitality! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. LG

Das Haus/Wohnung:
Die Anreise (wir kamen erst gegen Abend an) und Schlüsselübergabe war unproblematisch, da Parkplatz vor dem Haus und wir die Schlüssel technisch modern mittels Pin kontaktlos bekamen.
Die Betten waren bei Ankunft geschmackvoll hergerichtet (wie auf den Bildern der Website) und es liegt sich sehr gut darin. Die Bäder sind exklusiv, es gibt in jedem Raum einen Fernseher und alles! ist sehr sauber....
Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt gehoben, modern, geschmackvoll und es fehlt wirklich an nichts.
Die Lage:
Ob nun zu Fuß morgens zum Bäcker oder am Abend ins Restaurant, als auch zum Wandern in der direkten Umgebung.... die Lage ist perfekt.
Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto gut und schnell angefahren.
Sonstiges:
Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, der Hunde mag und gute Ausflugsziele kennt. Ein Staubsauger steht zentral zur Verfügung.
Tipps:
Lichtempfindliche sollten eine Schlafmaske mitnehmen.
Den Hund schon Zuhause an einen Maulkorb gewöhnen, da Maulkorbpflicht in Bus, Bahn und Gondel besteht.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, vielleicht schon im Winter...

The house / apartment:
The arrival (we didn't arrive until the evening) and the handover of the keys was not a problem, as the parking lot in front of the house and we got the keys in a technically modern way using a pin.
The beds were tastefully made up on arrival (as shown in the pictures on the website) and they are very good. The bathrooms are exclusive, there is a TV in every room and everything! is very clean ....
The equipment is overall upscale, modern, tasteful and nothing is missing.
The location:
Whether walking to the bakery in the morning or to the restaurant in the evening, as well as hiking in the immediate vicinity ... the location is perfect.
Sights are easy and quick to get to by car.
Others:
Very friendly landlord who likes dogs and knows good excursion destinations. A vacuum cleaner is centrally available.
Tips:
Photosensitive people should take a sleep mask with them.
Get your dog used to a muzzle at home, as a muzzle is compulsory on buses, trains and gondolas.
We'll definitely be back, maybe in winter ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das Apartment ist top ausgestattet, vom Badezimmer bis hin zum Skikeller. Man hat mit Apartklusiv die beste Lage in Town, direkt an der Talabfahrt und nur 5 Minuten zum nächsten Supermarkt.
Um sich voll zu tanken ist die Postalm direkt um die Ecke. Im worst case kommt der Vermieter mit dem Selbstgebrannten hoch.
Hatten einen Riesenspass zusammen.
Wer hier keinen Urlaub bucht gehört verhaftet.
The apartment is well equipped, from the bathroom to the ski cellar. With Apartclusive you have the best location in Town, right on the valley run and only 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket.
The Postalm is just around the corner to refuel. In the worst case, the landlord comes up with the homemade.
We had a lot of fun together.
Anyone who does not book a vacation here should be arrested.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bester Vermieter aller Zeiten. Mit seinem Schnaps kann man sich richtig einen hinter die Binde kippen. Als wir Dienstag Abend enttäuschenderweise feststellen mussten, dass uns das Flüssigbrot ausging brachte er uns um 23 Uhr noch einen Kasten Bier und nen guten Zichna vorbei. Legende ?
Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, mit den Skiern kann man direkt zur Gondel fahren oder von der Talabfahrt nach Hause. Après Ski ist auch um die Ecke.
Außerdem ist die Wohnung super ausgestattet und top modern.
Ich komme gerne wieder und kann jedem empfehlen hier einmal Urlaub zu machen!
Best landlord ever. You can really tip yourself behind the bandage with his schnapps. When we had to find out on Tuesday evening that we ran out of liquid bread, he brought us a case of beer and a good Zichna at 11 p.m. Legend ?
The apartment is in a great location, you can ski straight to the gondola or go home from the valley run. Après ski is also around the corner.
In addition, the apartment is well equipped and very modern.
I would love to come back and I can recommend everyone to take a vacation here!

Ihr werdet in ganz Österreich keinen besseren Vermieter finden?? Wir wurden um 23:00 noch bestens versorgt mit einen kühlen Kasten Bier und einen schönen selbstgebrannten ?
The best vacation trip in ages! The apartment is well equipped and has the best location in town. With the skis straight to the lift and in the evening to the ski cellar.
You won't find a better landlord in all of Austria?? We were well taken care of at 11 p.m. with a cool case of beer and a nice homemade ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location, just few steps from the cable car. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, furnished in modern style, equipped with all you need and even more! We got very warm welcome. The owner is very polite and tried to meet our needs! He even phoned us before we came late Saturday if we needed something to eat for Sunday. And what is more the place is animal friendly. We highly recommend it. Perfect place for ⛷ and rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a week stay here with the family, booked through booking.com. All was superb, modern and clean apartment. We had a balcony, with a hammock, trampoline and could even use the BBQ. When we asked nicely if we could wash some clothes, it was no problem at all. We went to the Aachensee, Swarovski museum, Krimml waterfall and Innsbruck from here, but there are also plenty of hikes, some of which start nearly from the front door. Parking in front of the property can get a little tight. Had to pay cash, but understood they will change that with booking.com soon.
