Es war eine echte Herausforderung, aus dem vorhandenen Bett, mit dem knappen Kopfteil, ein Bett zusammen zustellen, das passte. Aber es wurde großartig gelöst!!! Nochmals vielen Dank! Thank you for this wonderful new bed !!! It was a real challenge to put together a bed that fit from the existing bed with the tight headboard. But it was solved great !!! Thanks again!

Unglaublich aber wahr, man kann den Whirlpool auch testen. Man bekommt eine kurze Einschulung und darf dann einfach ausprobieren und das erste Whirlpoolgefühl genießen. Unglaublich!!!! Auch wenn man über die Konkurrenz spricht wird neutral gesprochen und nicht in die eigene Richtung gedrängt. Ich denke das wird der Lieferant unseres Whirlpools... I am absolutely thrilled! So friendly and unobtrusive and if you have any questions you get an answer promptly! Incredible but true, you can also test the hot tub. You get a short introduction and can then simply try it out and enjoy the first whirlpool feeling. Incredible!!!! Even when you talk about the competition, you speak neutrally and not pushed in your own direction. I think this will be the supplier of our hot tub ...

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und schnell und die Betten sind ein Traum sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!! Very good advice received personally from the boss. The staff are very friendly and quick and the beds are a dream very good value for money I can only recommend it!

Die Mitarbeiter nehmen Ihren Kunden wahr und nehmen sich die Zeit für die Beratung. Hier ist man gut aufgehoben. Wer von einem Sehr gutem Whirlpool träumt ist hier auf der richtigen Adresse. The available piece for every budget ... nice advice, every size just everything available. The employees perceive your customers and take the time for advice. You are in good hands here. Der junge Mann am Telefon war sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend und hat uns gebeten alle Detail zu unserem Whirlpool dem SENIORCHEF per Mail zukommen zu lassen. Dies haben wir auch gleich gemacht. Darauf kam dann 2 Tage später die Nachricht, dass sie für dieses Whirlpool keine Ersatzteile haben und diese Firma nicht kennen... freundlicherweise wurden wir mit dem Satz "manche Teile soll man nicht bei Amazon kaufen" abgespeist. Schön dass man hier damit wirbt, ALLE Whirlpools zu reparieren und wenn man es dann doch nicht kann- weil man es halt einfach nicht kann, dem Kunden die Schuld in die Schuhe zu schieben. Leider kann ich auf Ihre Antwort hier nicht mehr reagieren, darum hier kurz dazu: Wir hatten Ihnen in der Mail mitgeteilt dass wir bereits einen Teil der Ersatzteile haben. Diese hat uns die Firma aus Deutschland geschickt. Es ging ursprünglich um den Einbau dieser Ersatzteile ... Eventuell wäre es sogar möglich, den Rest von dort zu bekommen. Lange Rede ....Ich habe von Ihnen lediglich eine freche Antwort erhalten. Es war hier also kein Funken einer Lösungsorientierten Kommunikation. IT SHOULD BE THE SENIOR CHEF;) We had called to inquire about the repair of our hot tub. The young man on the phone was very friendly, competent and courteous and asked us to email the SENIOR CHEF all the details about our whirlpool. We did this right away. Then 2 days later the news came that they didn't have any spare parts for this whirlpool and didn't know this company ... we were kindly fobbed off with the sentence "some parts shouldn't be bought from Amazon". It's nice that they advertise that ALL whirlpools are repaired and if you can't - because you just can't blame the customer. Unfortunately, I can no longer respond to your answer here, so here is a brief explanation: We informed you in the mail that we already have some of the spare parts. This was sent to us by the company from Germany. It was originally about installing these spare parts ... It might even be possible to get the rest from there. Long speech ... I just got a cheeky answer from you. So there was no spark of solution-oriented communication here.

Faire Preise - ehrliche Leute. Von Anfang bis zum Schluss lief alles reibungslos ab. Kundenservice steht bei dieser Firma wirklich an erster Stelle und dass ist heutzutage leider kaum mehr irgendwo (egal welche Branche) zu finden! Möchte auch noch anmerken, dass ich normal nie Kundenrezensionen schreibe, allerdings ist es mir hier wirklich ein Anliegen, weil wir echt begeistert sind. Top company, top advice! We were with 3 different waterbed providers and only with Relax Pool did we have the feeling that nothing was talked into us. Fair prices - honest people. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Customer service really comes first at this company and that is unfortunately hardly to be found anywhere (regardless of the industry) these days! I would also like to note that I normally never write customer reviews, but this is really important to me because we are really enthusiastic.
