P	Philipp E on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixpunkt 2x im Jahr, da meine Firma immer hier umstecken lässt. 2 Dinge nerven hier immer. Es ist oft schwer wen telefonisch zu erreichen, es hebt einfach keiner ab. Terminanfrage dann tw über e-mail erledigt. Und die Zeit wurde noch nie eingehalten. Plane immer mind 1h ein. Dieses Jahr Termin um Punkt gehabt. War ca 20 Min vorher da. Rein, angemeldet und mich um ca 3/4 draußen bereit gemacht. Bis ich dran war, war es 1/4 nach. Weiß nicht woran die Verspätungen immer liegen. 15 Min diesmal war dabei eh schon ein guter Wert Fixed point twice a year, because my company always has it plugged in here. 2 things are always annoying here. It is often difficult to reach someone by phone, nobody answers. Appointment request is then done via e-mail. And the time has never been respected. Always plan at least 1 hour. Had an appointment this year. Was there about 20 minutes before. In, registered and made ready outside at about 3/4. By the time it was my turn, it was 1/4 past. Do not know what the delays are always. 15 minutes this time was already a good value

Als der Reifen gewechselt wurde hat es sehr lang gedauert und als es dann zum Zahlen ging verlangten sie auf einmal doppelt so viel wie per Telefon ausgemacht. Als ich dann mit dem Chef der Niederlassung gesporchen habe, war dieser sehr unhöflich und sagte auch noch, dass es mein Fehler wäre und der Preis von Anfang an anders gewesen wäre. Hier kann man sagen, das der Chef der Niederlassung absolut inkompetent, unhöflich und unverschämt ist. Anscheinend hat Weichberger keine Handschlagqualität und man muss alles schriftlich verlangen. Auch wenn die Mitarbeiter sehr nett waren, war es das letzte Mal, dass ich zu Weichberger gefahren bin. I made an appointment and the price for changing my motorcycle tires over the phone. When the tire was changed it took a long time and when it came to paying, they suddenly asked twice as much as they had agreed on the phone. When I spoke to the head of the branch, he was very rude and also said that it was my fault and that the price would have been different from the start. Here you can say that the head of the branch is absolutely incompetent, impolite and rude. Apparently, Weichberger has no handshake quality and you have to ask for everything in writing. Even if the employees were very nice, it was the last time I went to Weichberger.

Rasche und vorallem sichere Abwicklung. Auch was Corona betrifft, wurden beste Vorkehrungen getroffen ?? As always best !!!!!!! I can even recommend it to 1000%. Have been a customer for years and will stay one! Very hard-working staff! Fast and, above all, secure processing. The best precautions have also been taken with regard to Corona ??

Sehr kompetenter Spezialist für Motorradreifen und mit sehr viel Sorgfalt mein Baby behandelt hat. Auch ein Danke an die kurzfristige Terminverschiebung wegen Regen !!! Und der Preis hat auch gepasst. It worked out great (Vienna 23rd), I'm very satisfied. My special thanks go to Robert, the mechanic who fitted the tires for me. Very competent specialist in motorcycle tires and treated my baby with great care. Thanks also to the short-term postponement due to rain! And the price was right too.
