Dann wird einem mitgeteilt, dass man neben dem Auto warten hätte sollen. Davon wird aber kein Wort bei der Anmeldung gesagt. Zusätzlich beim reinfahren schlägt der Mechaniker auch noch schön aufs Auto drauf. Service und Qualität ist leider das letzte hier. Dem Team in Bruck würde echt mal ein Training in Kundendienst und Freundlichkeit gut tun. On the phone you are told to come without an appointment. After that there is a wait. Tatsächlich wurde mir geraten "vorbei zu kommen" damit man sich das anschauen kann. Ich wohne 1 Stunde entfernt und habe mich an Reifen Ritz Bruck gewandt, weil ich dafür von der Familie gute Empfehlungen bekommen hatte. Offensichtlich unbegründet... W	Wolfgang Pallitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde total ignoriert. Stand schon vor dem Bedienpult und wartete bis der nette Angestellte mit telefonieren fertig war. Dann kam jemand rein und wurde prompt, bei mir vorbei, bedient. Ok, kein Problem. Dann kam erneut jemand, ich wurde erneut ignoriert und der nächste Kunde bedient. Finde es nicht besonders Kundenfreundlich, wollte nur Reifen bestellen. Bin dann gegangen, war mir zu blöd. So werde ich halt woanders kaufen. Ritz in Bruck sieht mich nie wieder Was totally ignored. I stood in front of the control panel and waited until the nice employee had finished making calls. Then someone came in and was promptly served by me. OK no problem. Then someone came again, I was ignored again and the next customer was served. Do not find it particularly customer-friendly, just wanted to order tires. Then I left, I was too stupid. So I'll just buy somewhere else. Ritz in Bruck will never see me again

Dieses Mal wieder , waren eine Saison montiert , da wurde mir letztes Jahr noch der falsche Gummi auf der Vorderachse montiert , Allseason statt Winter. mein Mechaniker sagt Profil okay , ja die wollen gerne Reifen verkaufen. Hab mein Depot aufgelöst, ich habe ja keinen Geldschei**** Wartezeit gering , weil mehr Leute mehr Umsatz , da lobe ich mir den Kapitalismus, aber wenn ich jedes Jahr neue Sommer und Winterreifen brauche hört sich der Spaß auf. ...Bitte sehen sie .... M	Manfred Stadler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bei der Montage der neu bestellten Felgen kam der Monteur und meinte das eine davon einen Höhenschlag hat, nach Rücksprache mit seinem Vorgesetzten wurde mir dann mitgeteilt das das Rad nur schlecht in der Wuchtmaschine eingespannt war und alles in Ordnung sei. Bei meiner Geschäftsreise (2300 km) begann das Rad dann bei höheren Geschwindigkeiten immer zu schlagen. Durch den ADAC wurde dann ein Höhenschlag festgestellt. Da hat man mir wohl ins Gesicht gelogen ohne dabei rot zu werden?!? Das war mein letzter Besuch bei Reifen Ritz! When the newly ordered rims were being fitted, the fitter came and said that one of them had a radial runout, after consulting his supervisor I was then informed that the wheel was only badly clamped in the balancing machine and that everything was fine. During my business trip (2300 km) the wheel always started to knock at higher speeds. A radial run-out was then determined by the ADAC. I guess they lied to my face without blushing?!? That was my last visit to Tire Ritz!
