Doesn't respond to customer needs. You can see that the broker (also managing director) only wants to close a quick deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Das nenn ich mal Professionalität! REAS punktet noch nur durch sensationelles Know-How sondern auch durch sympathischen Umgang mit dem Kunden (in dem Fall mir).
Meiner Meinung nach sollten sich andere Firmen in der Branche genau hier ein Stück abschneiden...
That's what I call professionalism! REAS only scores with sensational know-how but also with friendly interaction with the customer (in this case me).
In my opinion, other companies in the industry should cut a piece right here ...
