Bin grad eingezogen und kündige auch gleich zum nächsten Zeitpunkt. A bunch that doesn't care. Before moving in, emails and calls were already being ignored. Same after moving in. Rent increase after just 1 month! I've just moved in and will be resigning at the next point in time.

Sie sind hilfsbereit, lösungsorientiert, freundlich und es gibt kein Anliegen das nicht behandelt werden kann. Meiner Erfahrungen nach bekommt man Information, Unterlagen rasch und unkompliziert übermittelt. Am Tag nach der Eigentümerversammlung habe ich die Präsentation erhalten, als ich diese in meinem Bekanntenkreis zeigte, hat nicht nur eine gesagt, dass sie noch nie so viele Informationen über das Haus erhalten habe. Having signed a contract for a flat from January and now being March there are continuously problems of any kind. Starting with not giving the flat on the start of the rental period as they didn"t have appointment for that day. Coming final to the handover day, the employee came with the wrong key and instead of going to bring the correct key he just offered that I call the office to make a new appointment. I had already paying a hotel since they couldn't offer a handover in the right date and they just offer a different day because they just brought the wrong key. Then on the handover they didn't bring the Meldezettel and I had to call and send emails and they kept sending the wrong files. The above are just the main issues part of many other smaller issues and being just one month in the flat I can"t imagine what lies in front of me.
