★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin furchtbar enttäuscht dass beim Open day alte Mängel nicht kommuniziert wurden. Preis des Hauses definitiv überteuert. Alter Wasserschaden, undichte Dach-Flächenfenster ect. Offenbar war es wichtiger das Haus so schnell wie möglich zu uberzogenem Preis zu verkaufen ohne Rücksicht auf den Käufer. Soetwas sieht man bei einer Besichtigung in 30 Minuten nicht wirklich wenn der Eigentümer vieles kaschiert hat. Dafür slte der Makler alles begutachten und schätzen.
I am terribly disappointed that old defects were not communicated at the open day. Price of the house definitely overpriced. Old water damage, leaky roof windows ect. Obviously it was more important to sell the house as quickly as possible at the inflated price, regardless of the buyer. You don't really see something like that on a tour in 30 minutes if the owner has concealed a lot. For this, the broker should appraise and estimate everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir konnten in einem überschaubaren Zeitraum eine nicht ganz einfache Immobilie gut verkaufen. Das Service und die Kommunikation war so wie es wünschenswert ist. Für uns hatte es den Eindruck eines gut geführten und erfahrenen Immobilienbüros.
