It's a pumpkin shop, and it attracts people from the moment you enter it. It's not terribly expensive, but there may be something that attracts you so much that you can't forget it even after a few days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breathtaking amber jewels! Variety of shades and stone made into different jewellery types including watches, stone, bracelets, necklaces and other ornaments. Prices are high end given the Amber is original. Quite a number of display shops that one is allowed to view, take photos and window shop. Very friendly staff. Must visit place for tourists and lovers of jewels and Amber!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store was really beautiful. Neat marketing trick to make it so that you have to go through the store after getting off the funicular. Everything did seem a bit on the expensive side, but I did end up falling in love with a beautiful green amber ring. An employee let me try the ring on before purchasing, check out was fast and easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice souvenir store right at the footsteps of the Hohensalzburg castle beside the funicular station entrance. One would come out of this store automatically when taking the funicular for descending from the castle. Although most of the things inside were pretty expensive but the amber jewels, necklaces, gemstones, bracelets etc. were quite some things to see! The usual stuff like magnets, postcards etc. are also available.
