The service should not only have been suitable for my photovoltaic system in general, otherwise "Raymann Kraft der Sonne" would probably not be the longest existing photovoltaic company in Austria!

Alle Amtswege wurden vom Untenehmen erledigt, wir hatten nicht den geringsten Aufand. Die Montage hat bestens und Termingerecht funktioniert und zum Schluß müssen wir noch festellen, da wir Strom auch ins Netz geschickt haben, (da wir nicht alles verbraucht haben, was die Photovoltaikanlage geliefet hat) dass wir eine Gutschrift bekommen haben - zu guter Letzt keinen Strom bezahlt haben! The Raymann Kraft der Sonne company planned, delivered and installed a photovoltaic system for us about 5 years ago. All official channels were handled by the company, we didn't have the slightest effort. The assembly worked perfectly and on schedule and at the end we still have to determine that we have also sent electricity to the grid (since we did not consume everything that the photovoltaic system supplied) that we received a credit - in the end, no electricity have paid!

Die Jungs mussten bei uns händisch alle Module im strömenden Regen aufs Dach schleppen - da wurde nicht gemurrt und der Zeitplan wurde auch genau eingehalten. Alle notwendigen Vorinformationen für die bauseits beizustellende Elektroinstallation im Verteiler wurden exakt und zeitgerecht an uns übermittelt, die Techniker kamen immer zum vereinbarten Termin und jeder der bei uns auf der Baustelle war wußte exakt was zu tun ist. Es gab keine Nachfragen, es wurde einfach erledigt - auch wenn ich mal nicht auf der Baustelle war. Wer ein Susi-Sorglos-Paket vom Profi möchte ist hier bestens aufgehoben! From the first conversation and advice to commissioning, everything went perfectly! The guys had to drag all the modules onto the roof by hand in the pouring rain - there was no grumbling and the schedule was strictly adhered to. All the necessary preliminary information for the electrical installation to be provided by the customer in the distributor was sent to us precisely and on time, the technicians always came on the agreed date and everyone who was with us on the construction site knew exactly what to do. There were no inquiries, it was just done - even when I wasn't on the construction site. If you want a carefree Susi package from professionals, this is the place for you!

Löcher in der Wand wurden eingangs mit Malerkrepp abgedichtet (danach mit Silikon), Kabelkanäle sind mit einer Vielzahl an Löchern an der Trockenbauwand montiert. Klimageräte wurden ohne Dübel an Trockenbau („Rigips“) Wänden befestigt. Nach Reklamation verzögert sich die Baustelle. Die bisherige Ausführung wurde von einem Gutachter und unserem Bauträger als nicht fachgerecht beurteilt. Bei der Montage wurde das Außengerät beschädigt (da der „Kran“ zu kurz war) - was als „optischer Mangel“ zurückgewiesen wurde. Die Baustelle befindet sich noch in Errichtung, ich werde die Erfahrungen ggf entsprechend aktuell halten. So far, I cannot report anything positive about the execution of an order for the installation of an air conditioning system. Holes in the wall were initially sealed with painter's tape (then with silicone), cable ducts are mounted on the drywall with a large number of holes. Air conditioning units were attached to drywall ("Rigips") walls without dowels. The construction site is delayed after a complaint. The previous execution was judged to be improper by an expert and our property developer. The outdoor unit was damaged during installation (because the “crane” was too short) - which was rejected as a “visual defect”. The construction site is still under construction, I will keep the experience up to date if necessary.
