★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich muss sagen, bis jetzt alle sehr bemüht, verständnisvoll und nehmen sich meiner EVN Probleme auch wirklich ernsthaft an. Es gibt jetzt zwar noch keine endgültige Lösung, aber Herr Strobl ist sehr dahinter und dafür bin ich so dankbar. Es wird auch immer verlässlich zurückgerufen.
I have to say, so far everyone has tried very hard, understanding and really takes my EVN problems seriously. There is no final solution yet, but Mr. Strobl is very much behind it and I am so grateful for that. It will always be called back reliably.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keine großen Probleme gehabt und selbst die kleinen würden wieder Behoben und waren absolut immer im Rahmen, nur das Auftreten mancher der Instalateure könnte ein bissal professioneller ausfallen. Sie sind nicht unhöflich aber sie passen vielleicht zu gut in die Klischeeschablone
No major problems had arisen and even the small ones were fixed again and were absolutely always within the scope, only the appearance of some of the installers could turn out to be a bit more professional. They are not rude, but they may fit the cliché template too well
