Ich habe auf Empfehlung der Ansprechpartnerin Pfannenwender mit meinem Aufdruck bestellt. Verlangt wurde Vorauskasse, geliefert wurde mir Ausschußware, anders kann ich mir die Qualität nicht erklären, die Pfannenwender waren teilweise gebrochen, hatten scharfe Kanten, bei Vielen standen Sprissel weg, manche wogen sogar nur die Hälfte von den anderen. Meine Reklamation verlief so: keine Nachlieferung möglich, sie nehmen nur die 24 vollkommen kaputten Teile zurück...tja ich habe 100 stk bestellt, weil ich 100 brauche und nicht 24 weniger..mein Vorschlag woanders die Fehlenden zu kaufen zur Firma zu schicken um diese bedrucken zu lassen...nein auch nicht möglich. Hier interessiert sich niemand für eine kundenfreundliche Lösung, Hauptsache es wurde bezahlt, was der Kunde für Probleme mit der Ware hat ist dieser Firma vollkommen egal, man kann keine Hilfe erwarten. Nachdem ich nicht bereit war die Kaputten auch noch auf meine Kosten zu retournieren, was verlangt wurde, teilte man mir mit das ich eine Gutschrift für diese stk bekommen würde. Für mich ist es eine ungeheure Frechheit einen Kunden derart abzufertigen und hängen zu lassen. Schade das es nicht möglich ist hier Fotos hochzuladen. Das entgegenkommen wäre dann gewesen das sie eine Mindermenge liefern , dann geht sich die Lieferzeit aus . Ich sollte aber das gleiche bezahlen. Also einmal und nie wieder . PS. Es hätte keine negative Bewertung gegeben wenn ein entsprechendes entgegenkommen gewesen wäre. Und ja wir oft per Mail antworten bekommen das ist richtig . Das hat aber nichts damit zu tun das ihr Mitarbeiter am Telefon gesagt hat die Lieferzeit ist kein Problem. Und dann danach zu sagen wir liefern wie bestellt aber nur weniger Inhalt pro tüte zum gleichen Preis ist mehr als frech. A promise of a delivery time is made on the phone. This is not observed.
