Trotz mehrfacher telefonischer und schriftlicher Auftragsstornierung wurde bis heute noch kein Geld zurück gezahlt. Rapido... niemals wieder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Die Vorkasse hat sich leider als absoluter Fehler heraus gestellt.! Leider muss ich mind. einen Stern unverdient geben...

Habe mich zur Sanierung entschlossen und mir alle Ersatzteile hier geholt. Muss aber bemerken, dass ich schon weiß, was ich alles brauche und wie die Komponenten funktionieren. Alle benötigten Ersatzteile für einen alten GA110 bekommen, ein nicht funktionelles Thermoelement wurde mir umgehend zugeschickt. Faire Preise und schnelle Reaktion auf meine Problemstellung. Erst den falschen, den ich bereits per vorkasse bezahlte hatte geliefert. Dann hieß es „wir dürfen aus Qualitätsgründen das Bauteil nicht zurück nehmen“ , dann dürfen sie es plötzlich doch. Bauteil zurückgeschickt und weder Geld noch eine Rückmeldung mehr erhalten. NIE NIE WIEDER. Kaufen sie sich lieber eine Viessmann Anlage oder Ähnliches!!! Incompetence at its best !!!!
