Ich war längere Zeit in dieser Filiale Kunde. Hatte hier 2 verschiedene Betreuer - 2 schlechte Erfahrungen + inkorrekter Service. Kompetenz nur bei Neukunden.
Ich kann hier weder eine Versicherung noch eine andere "Beratung" eines Produktes empfehlen.
My experience:
I was a customer in this branch for a long time. Had 2 different supervisors - 2 bad experiences + incorrect service. Competence only for new customers.
I cannot recommend insurance or any other "advice" for a product.
