Seits eine super Bank Danke !!!! A top bank. My advisor Mrs. Hörmanseder is really more than Top Helpful if you have problems or if it tweaks. always a solution has you. Since a great bank Thank you !!!!
C	Claudia Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warte seit halben Jahr auf eine Bestätigung (Jahreskontoauszug).habe fünfmal angerufen und war Vorort in der Filiale in Wels und Vöcklabruck ....leider ist keiner der Mitarbeiter bemüht einen Knopf zu drücken und uns die Unterlage auszudrücken die wichtig wäre um eine Buchhaltung von 2017 abzuschliesen ...werden es leider vom Anwalt anfordern müssen da die Bank mit uns nicht mehr kommuniziert weil wir wegen Umzug das Konto gewechselt haben !Einfach inkompetent und für Selbstständige nicht empfehlenswert!! Gruber Claudia 0 Sterne würde würde besser passen I've been waiting for confirmation for half a year (annual account statement). T	Tanja Gruber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Stern ist schon zu viel!! Hält sich nicht an Abmachungen!!!! Nur Probleme seit die Bank von Ried in Innkreis den Standort nach Wels gelegt hat! Und meine Beraterinnen ist seit einem halben Jahr nicht mehr erreichbar, werde immer vertröstet das sie es notieren und sie mich zurück ruft! Und die am Telefon sind sehr höflich (nicht)! One star is too much !! Doesn't stick to agreements !!!! Only problems since the bank of Ried in Innkreis moved the location to Wels! And my adviser has not been available for half a year, I am always put off that they write it down and she calls me back! And those on the phone are very polite (not)!
A	A H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolut unfreundlich. Man wird wochenlang nicht zurückgerufen... Bin/war jahrelanger Kunde und habe jetzt gewechselt.... Und am Schalter darf man kein Geld mehr einbezahlen.... Muss den Automaten verwenden welcher sich nach 200 Banknoten abschaltet und die neueren Münzen werden nicht erkannt....Geschäftseinzahlung Aus einer Einzahlung werden so 3-4... Absolutely unfriendly. You won't be called back for weeks ... I have been a customer for years and have now changed ... And you are not allowed to pay any more money at the counter .... Have to use the machine which switches off after 200 banknotes and the newer coins are not recognized .... Business deposit One deposit turns into 3-4 ...
i	ines jahn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naja ... leider muss man hier einen Stern geben. Ich war in der Angelegenheit einer Kontoschließung und Kredittilgung aus einer Verlassenschaft in der Filiale in Wels. Ich wurde gnädiger weise ohne Termin empfangen (Trotz vormaligem Anrufen was für die Angelegenheiten benötigt wird) Nach längeren heftigen Diskussionen - warum die Schließung und Tilgung nicht möglich war - wurden ich von Frau E....hofer als "gfernst" betitelt. Das muss ich mir nicht gefallen lassen. Es sind jetzt wieder 2 Wochen vergangen und ich habe immer noch keinen Anruf bekommen, dass ich die Angelegenheit erledigen kann. Es fallen immer noch Gebühren für den offenen Kredit an... den ich zahlen kann und möchte, aber nicht darf!!!! Die Filiale in Wels ist das Letzte! Unfreundlich und ohne Anstand!!! Well ... unfortunately you have to give a star here. I was in the matter of closing an account and paying off a loan from a estate in the branch in Wels. I was graciously received without an appointment (despite calling in advance what is needed for the matter) After lengthy heated discussions - why the closure and repayment was not possible - I was called "gfernst" by Ms. E .... hofer. I don't have to put up with that. It has now been another 2 weeks and I still haven't received a call saying I can take care of the matter. There are still fees for the open loan ... which I can and would like to pay, but may not !! The branch in Wels is the last! Unfriendly and without decency!
P	Peter Huemer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Frau und ich haben aufgrund sehr negativer Erfahrungen mit unserer bisherigen Bank (siehe meine vergangenen Rezensionen) unsere Finanzgeschäfte zur UniCredit Bank Austria in Wels verlagert. Im Gegensatz zur vorhergehenden Bank wird man hier als Kunde sehr gerne gesehen und sehr gut und freundlich betreut. Unsere Beraterin ist hochkompetent und meldet sich auf eventuelle Anliegen innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Bitte weiter so, diese Filiale ist ein tolles Beispiel dafür, dass Kundenorientierung doch noch existiert und gelebt werden kann. Due to very negative experiences with our previous bank (see my previous reviews), my wife and I have relocated our financial transactions to UniCredit Bank Austria in Wels. In contrast to the previous bank, customers are very welcome here and are looked after very well and in a friendly manner. Our consultant is highly competent and responds to any concerns within a very short time. Please keep it up, this branch is a great example of how customer orientation still exists and can be lived.

The bank loves charging you for your account, but no service from them. Who is the guy, which subscribed Unicredit endorsement on the check? I wanna money from him, now! Why did Unicredit subscribe endorsement on my check and not willing to pay me for now? They leave you starving without money and they do not care. They have what to eat, me not!
