Kunden werden vorab nicht über etwaige Wartungsarbeiten informiert! Geld liegt in der Bank - jede Sekunde zählt - Zinsen!!!!!! Vielleicht sollte man Kunden vorab über Wartungsarbeiten informieren! Ich glaube nicht, daß Geld (fremd) wartungsbedürftig ist! Does MY MONEY belong to the "Oberbank"???? Wasn`t there an "Oberbank guy" who bet with Savings that did not belong to him? What happened to him - or - ? MfG, EZB (Draghi&DKS et Lagarde) Did you ever find the "fraud money" of the "Oberbank guy"?
Customers are not informed in advance about any maintenance! Money is in the bank - every second counts - interest !!!!!! Maybe you should inform customers in advance about maintenance! I do not think that money (foreign) is in need of maintenance! Does MY MONEY belong to the "Oberbank" ???? Wasn`t there "Oberbank guy" Who bet with Savings that did not belong to him? Bin seit vielen Jahren Oberbank-Kunde. Wollte vor wenigen Tagen tel. Auskunft über Eröffnung von zwei Jugenkonten für meine Kinder. 0905 Uhr: Eine Mitarbeiterin erreicht, wollte mich nach Wels weiter verbinden, nicht funktioniert, weil Verbindung unterbrochen wurde. Mehrere Versuche, endlose Warteschleifen. Ca. 0930 Uhr: Endlich wieder dieselbe Mitarbeiterin erreicht, wieder Verbindungsversuch nach Wels, niemand erreichbar, Rückruf zugesagt. Bis zum späten Nachmittag gewartet, kein Rückruf. Mail an Oberbank mit Hinweis, dass ich die Konten nun bei Bank meiner Gattin eröffnen werde. Kurze Zeit später Antwort per Mail von Teamleitung Kundendienst, dass ich angeblich zurückgerufen wurde, ich jedoch nicht erreichbar war. Interessant, da ich in Erwartung eines Rückrufs das Handy Immer bei mir hatte und auch kein Anruf angezeigt wurde. Am nächsten Tag Mittags Anruf einer netten Mitarbeiterin, mit Entschuldigung, leider zu spät. Fazit, grottenschlechter Kundendienst, endlose Warteschleifen wie früher bei A1.
Have been an Oberbank customer for many years. Wanted to phone a few days ago. Information about opening two youth accounts for my children. 0905 a.m.: Reached an employee, wanted to connect me to Wels, does not work because the connection was interrupted. Several attempts, endless queues. Approx. 0930 a.m .: I finally reached the same employee again, tried to connect to Wels again, no one could be reached, call back promised. Waited until late afternoon, no call back. Mail to Oberbank with a note that I will now open the accounts at my wife's bank. A short time later, the customer service team management replied by e-mail that I was allegedly called back, but I could not be reached. Interesting, because I always had my cell phone with me in anticipation of a callback and no call was displayed. The next day at noon a nice employee called, with excuse, unfortunately too late. Conclusion, terrible customer service, endless queues like in the past with A1.

Müşterilerinin Diğer Bankalar ile daha fazla işlem yaptığını söyleyip aniden hesabınızı kapatıyorlar.Istedigim kadar banka ile istediğim şekilde çalışabilecegim sadece beni ilgilendirir bu gerçekten çok saçma ve sizleri ilgilendirmeyen bir şey.Bir çok banka içinden sizinle de çalıştigimiz için sevinmeniz gerekirdi diye düşünüyorum.Sonuçta her 3 ayda bir banka karti ucretinizi ödüyorum. Şahsen bana da bu şekilde hiç haberim yokken hesabımı kapatmışlar.Yani müşteriye sormadan hesap kapatmak nasıl bir bankacılık anlayışıdır hiç anlamadım. Kart parasini her zaman ödedim, hesabım da hiç borç yok hangi mantık la hesap kapatıyorlar anlamış değilim. Asla ama asla çalışanları size zor durumlarınızda yardımcı olmuyorlar.Sonra telefon ile arayıp bankamıza geri dönmek istermisiniz diye soruyorlar. Özür dilerim ama ben mi müşteriyim banka mı bunu anlayamamışlar.? Müşterileri maaşlarını oberbanka yatırınca iyi yatirmayinca kötü oluyor.Tanıdıgım bir çok kişi bu sekilde oberbank tan ayrıldı.Bence yöneticiler bu sorunu çözmesi gerekiyor. Musteri var ise banka var müşteri yok ise banka yok.Bugun 1 müşteri yarın 1000 müşteri gider. Açıkçası müşterisinin haklarını böyle ihlal eden bir bankacılık sistemini kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.Firma hesabımı yöneten çalışanın bana siyasi partiler hakkında sorular sorması sebebiyle kapatmıştım,bunun onlari ilgilendirmedigini söylemiştim, Eşimin hesabını ise randevu istediğim halde veremem diyip suratıma telefonu kapattiklari için kapatmıştım. Kendi hesabımı ise haberim yokken kapattılar bu çok komik .Musterini Kaybediyorsun Oberbank, malesef kaybetmeye devam edeceksin.

Kunden Zufriedenheit ist euch wohl fremd . Hauptsache die Kohle fließt rein rest interessiert euch nicht. Die Beraterin so grottenschlecht als würde sie gegen ihren Willen arbeiten . Ein Rat von mir an die Oberbank sucht euch Mitarbeiter die auch gerne arbeiten und sich für Kunden Zufriedenheit interessieren. 1000 Nachrichten geschrieben und nicht einmal antworten kann Sie erst wo ich dann geschrieben habe das es mich nicht mehr interessiert und ich kündigen will kann die Beraterin plötzlich schreiben und das sie die Kündigung sofort annimmt ohne wen und aber ohne nachzufragen wieso ich kündigen will. Mein rat zuerst mal nachfragen wieso weshalb und mal versuchen den Kunden zu behalten anstatt ihn loszuwerden so viel zum Thema Professionalität die sollte mal nachgeschult werden oder ein anderen Job suchen .?

Beraterin unfähig nicht mal zurück antworten kann Sie. Habe ca. vor 2 Monaten Konto karten eröffnet und jetzt will ich es nicht mehr. Wenn man Konto eröffnen will auf einmal meldet sich jeder/jeder hat Zeit aber sobald man Registriert ist meldet sich keiner mehr. Es gibt genug andere Banken die 1000% mal besser sind
Counselor unable not even answer back you. I opened account cards about 2 months ago and now I don't want it anymore. If you want to open an account, everyone will contact you at once, but as soon as you are registered, nobody will contact you. There are enough other banks that are 1000% better
