A	Alexander R on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Raika scheint ein eher exklusiver Verein zu sein - möchte man dort bestimmte Dienstleistungen in Anspruch nehmen wie z.B. einen Banksafe mieten, dann geht das nur, wenn man dort auch sein Konto hat. Schade, aber so gewinnt man keine neuen Kunden. Positiv ist zumindest, dass dort (halt nicht für jeden) noch alle Bankservices wie z.B. Devisen und Valuten angeboten werden, was bei den umliegenden Banken, so es sie überhaupt noch gibt, nicht mehr überall der Fall ist. The Raika seems to be a rather exclusive association - if you want to use certain services there, such as renting a bank safe, you can only do so if you have your account there. It's a shame, but that's not how you win new customers. It is at least positive that all banking services such as foreign exchange and foreign currency are still offered there (not for everyone), which is no longer the case everywhere with the surrounding banks, if they still exist.

Katharina Z. ist total unhöflich, ich habe mir erlaubt dies dem Filialleiter zu melden, dem war das gelinde gesagt, "total wurscht". So geht man nicht mit Kunden um, bin jetzt glücklich und zufrieden bei der Sparkasse, Tschüss. Baba und foit's net hin. Can you give your (carnival club) 0 stars. Ms. Katharina Z. is totally rude, I took the liberty to report this to the branch manager, who was to say the least, "totally doesn't care". Weniger als 1 Stern geht leider nicht ... This bank branch can NEVER be reached by phone! Not even during opening hours! Can only ADVISE everyone from this bank ... Viele Termine, viele Anfragen, Telefonate uvm… Hierbei ist es echt eine Herausforderung „alle“ Kundenwünsche zu erfüllen, zudem kommen noch Formulare, Bestimmungen, Richtlinien uvm. dazu. Das Team der Raiffeisenbank Bruck hat echt alle Wünsche tadellos erfüllt. Ich habe für meine Finanzierung viele Angebote eingeholt, hatte viele Termine bei anderen Banken und zudem einige Gespräche. Was mich dabei immer gestört hat, waren die langen Entscheidungswege, lange umfangreiche Prüfungen und wiederholt immer dieselben mühsamen Fragen. In Bruck werden Entscheidungen sehr schnell getroffen, Termine/Vereinbarungen eingehalten und in Zuge der Face to Face Kommunikation konnten fast alle Fragen sofort beantwortet werden, so soll es sein. The team at Raiffeisenbank Bruck really fulfilled all of our wishes perfectly. I obtained many offers for my financing, had many appointments with other banks and also a few discussions. What always bothered me were the long decision-making processes, long, extensive exams and the same tedious questions over and over again. In Bruck, decisions are made very quickly, deadlines/agreements are kept and, in the course of face-to-face communication, almost all questions could be answered immediately, that's the way it should be.
